UN resolution slams Israeli murder of Palestinians in Gaza

A resolution has passed in the UN General Assembly slamming Israel’s use of ‘excessive force’ against Palestinian protesters during their Great March of Return in Gaza, with more than 130 killed and thousands injured.
Many of the protesters were unarmed but encountered live ammunition from Israeli snipers. Victims included journalists and first aid responders, who were well marked but were targeted and slaughtered anyway.

Palestinian ambassador to the US withdrawn in response to embassy move

When Trump initially voiced his decision to move the US embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, it underwent an overwhelming response of disapproval from the international community, which apparently didn’t phase the Americans, they couldn’t really care less, they just won’t get preferential treatment from Israel or an invitation to Nikki Haley’s parties.

Palestine to seek UN protection, calls for investigation into ‘Israeli crimes’ in Gaza

As Palestinians in Gaza continue their ‘March of Return’ at the Gaza border, the Palestinian leadership will seek international protection for Palestinians who are ‘under Israeli occupation’.
The March began three weeks ago, and has seen dozens killed and thousands more injured by cross border fire from Israelis, who are said be using the banned munition of explosive rounds.
The demonstrations are a six week long protest to conclude on the 15th of May, which marks the 70th anniversary of the Jewish state.
