Victoria White was beaten by police officers in the face and shoulders nearly 40 times with baton sticks and their fists. She is suing Metropolitan Police Officer Lieutenant Jason Bagshaw for assaulting her. She has also sued Republican Speaker of the House Mike Johnson to investigate her beating and police brutality.

Victoria White, who was at the January 6 protest at the Capitol, was beaten and nearly killed by Metropolitan Police officers who beat her in the face and shoulders with sticks and their fists. Police officer Jason Bagshaw led the attack after Victoria broke up Antifa activists breaking windows at the US Capitol.
