Being Overweight During Adolescence may Increase Pancreatic Cancer Risk

Being an obese teenager is not easy. As if the bullying isn’t enough, being obese during adolescence puts kids at greater risk of health problems such as Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Obesity to Become Leading Cause of Cancer Among Women in the UK

British health experts are predicting that obesity will eclipse smoking as the leading cause of cancer among women in the UK. Published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, the study looked at the long-term effects of artificial sweeteners on heart health, weight, stroke incidence, and blood pressure levels.
