NYPD Cops Tell Man to Stop Recording Them Writing Him Ticket for Officer Safety

New York City police officers who were writing a disabled man a parking citation ordered him to stop recording for officer safety.
Well, they did tell him he could record all he wants as long as he is able to do it with the phone in his pocket.
“In the time it takes the  officer to write her ticket, you can’t have your phone out,” one cop says as a female officer is writing the man a ticket.
“You can record all you want, but for our safety, you have to put your phone away.”

Once again, a New York City police officer was exposed as a liar by surveillance video.
This time, it was an undercover NYPD named Winston McDonald, a 2012 “Cop of the Month” recipient, who claimed four men tried to mug him at knifepoint outside a Brooklyn hardware store last month.
The suspects, however, claim the cop approached them inside a hardware store, flashing money, looking to buy drugs.

NYPD “Karate Cop” Arrested After Shooting Mother of His Child

A New York City police sergeant nicknamed the “Karate Cop” was arrested this week after he was accused of shooting the mother of his child in the neck during a domestic spat.
Jose Guerrero, 49, was charge with reckless endangerment and second-degree assault. He was released on bail and is scheduled for a following court hearing in January.
Guerrero’s arrest took place on Wednesday evening after the 39-year-old woman was admitted to a Yonkers emergency room at St. John’s hospital.

NYPD Cop Charged for Molesting Girl Over Three Year Period, Released Without Bail on Same Day

An New York City police officer was arrested Wednesday after being accused of having sexual relations with a 10-year-old girl.
Jacob Sabbagh, 33, is accused of having sex with the daughter of a family friend over three years, starting when the girl was ten years old, ending when she was 13, not only having sex with her, but touching her breasts, buttocks and vagina over that three year period.

Boston School Cops Feel Unsafe Without Guns or Pepper Spray

 
Cops who patrol Boston public schools want permission to carry pepper spray while on duty, insisting they need protection from violence on campuses.
Because they are not allowed to carry firearms or pepper spray, they say they are unable to defend themselves from rebellious students and trespassers, leading to injuries and time lost from work, according to The Boston Globe.
