It would seem that the manner in which the denuclearization of North Korea must be performed before  sanctions may be lifted has been determined by Washington.
The Japanese Foreign Minister, Taro Kono, describes a list of demands which was delivered to Pyongyang by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo during his visit.
As to whether these demands have been agreed upon by Kim’s regime isn’t included in the statement.

Rachel Maddow cracks the case: Putin controlled Trump to get him to meet with North Korea (Video)

By now everyone who still follows cable news pundits is well aware of MSNBC Rachel Maddow’s obsession with “Trump-Russia collusion.”
Not an episode goes by where the Rhodes Scholar is not blaming Russian President Vladimir Putin, and his remote controlled puppet POTUS Trump, for something gone wrong (or right) in the world.
Maddow even found a way to connect Trump’s meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un in Singapore, to Putin’s diabolic desires.

Russia calls for relaxation of UNSC nuclear sanctions on DPRK

As a major part of normalizing the situation on the Korean peninsula relative to the isolation of the North Korean regime, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman, Maria Zakharova, is advocating for the relaxation of nuclear related sanctions which were implemented more than a decade ago by the United Nations Security Council.
Such action could help move the peace and denuclearization process along by allowing international economic transactions to occur.
Xinhuanet News reports:

Talks resume with Seoul for Russian gas pipeline

Talks to construct a gas pipeline from Russia that would serve both North and South Korea have resumed and the possibility is now back on the table with thawing relations between the two Koreas.
The proposal was initially undergoing formal talks some seven years ago, but stalled when diplomatic relations between the North and South soured.
Now, rather than taking shipments, South Korea can import Russian gas via pipeline, cutting their cost by half while the initiative would also serve as yet another unifying factor on the peninsula.

Trump's New BBF

Something like a quarter million North Koreans are political prisoners in concentration camps, subjected to forced labor, physical and psychological abuse and execution. North Korea has the worst human rights record in the world according to the UN, Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.
