Jay on Film. Welcome to the new show format. Now, we’re going to cover 3 films with similar themes a few times a week and hopefully a few days ahead of time so you nerds have time view or review them! The new format will allow me to streamline the process and integrate the old “esoteric” approach in with *other* types of films that aren’t just esoteric. Can Theism be established logically? Is there a simple presentation of the transcendental argument that can be had in 15 minutes? In this video I attempt to boil down the presuppositional argument to a brief comparison and contrast with the atheist/secularist/materialist worldview as a test case. Logically the non-theist only has a limited number of paths it can take from its starting point. Early on, Sir Sceptic challenges this argument with his refined logic skills.

#zizek #jordanpeterson #debate Many requested it, so here it is! I watched and took notes on the entire debate. It was fun and on the official debate scale of which I am a mater expert, I give the debate a 7 out of 10. As you can imagine, I have a unique take on this much-touted exchange that almost no one else has.


I reflect on the lengthy, highly philosophical debate from last night and reconstruct the arguments since we had technical difficulties. I consider how it is we can associate Aristotle in the pagan tradition, how my Aristotelian pagan opponent used his argumentation and how the position was flawed. Live at 8PM EST 

Joe the Boomer invited be back to debate the learned pagan Tweetophon, who is a lawyer with proclivities for Aristotle and paganism.  His position is, ironically, similar to Thomism and I am sure we will touch on all this.  Enjoy!
