Tucson Court to Hear Extradition of Woman Accused of Feeding her Mother

On Tuesday, Pima County Superior Court in Arizona will hear a case involving a fugitive from justice and the request for extradition to Miami-Dade County, in Florida. The fugitive, a former New York attorney, is a 64-year-old woman named Barbara Stone.
Stone was originally arrested for feeding her mother.

FBI agents in Texas ripped two cameras out of the hands of a PINAC reporter who was standing in front of a federal building legally recording from a public sidewalk Thursday, claiming they were in fear for their safety.
“I don’t want to be struck in the face,” said Keith A. Byers, an Assistant Special Agent in Charge for the El Paso FBI office at 660 South Mesa Hills Drive.
However, David Worden made no indication he would strike the agents in the face with his cameras.

Trump said during his campaign that in order to combat terrorism he wanted to ban Muslims from entering the United States.
The aforementioned countries are all predominantly Muslim nations.

Missouri Police Association Sues Missouri Police Department Over Public Records Violations

A Missouri police association filed a lawsuit against the city of Columbia, accusing its police department of violating the state’s public records law by refusing to provide records in a timely manner, then charging an exorbitant amount for the requested records.
Last summer, the Columbia Police Officers’ Association requested two months worth of email correspondence between Columbia Police Chief Ken Burton and Deputy Chief of Police Jill Schlude.

PINAC Reporter Ejected from Florida Governor Press Conference without Explanation

PINAC reporter Jeff Gray believes Florida Department of Law Enforcement officers were the ones who had him ejected from a press conference where Governor Rick Scott was going to brag a .1 percentage reduction in the state’s unemployment rate last week.
After all, the FDLE has not only been monitoring him for years through the Florida Fusion Center, Gray was initially welcomed into the press conference along with the rest of the St. Augustine media on November 18.
But that was before Scott’s FDLE security detail arrived at Ideal Aluminum Products and began sizing him up.
