Maidan

Snipers at Ukraine’s Maidan confess to shooting both sides in Italian report ignored by MSM

“Everyone started shooting two or three shots at a time. It went on for fifteen, twenty minutes. We had no choice. We were ordered to shoot both on the police and the demonstrators, without any difference,” says one of the snipers in the report.

Facebook should be investigated for its role in the illegal Kiev coup of 2014

One of the great problems surrounding Facebook is that the wider public, the political elite and Facebook’s own corporate regime, do not know whether Facebook is a telecommunications tool or an ideological private sector platform, albeit one with close connections to the public sector.
In a just world, Facebook would be run and regulated like a telecom organisation, a mere technical conduit which connects individuals, no different than the phone companies of the 1950s.

YANUKOVYCH: Ukraine’s last legitimate President speaks out in defence of his security services

The legacy of Viktor Yanukovych is a deeply controversial one. Viktor Yanukovych was the last legitimate President of Ukraine who was illegally overthrown in a western backed coup in February of 2014. Prior to that, Yanukovych was seen by many as a unifying candidate, the best choice of a bad lot who could hold the fragility of Ukraine’s totally artificial borders together in spite of tremendous historical odds.
