Homestead Police Department (HPD) has silenced the First Amendment with false stalking charges and restraining orders.
Their abuses leading to two of my three false arrest, and to me being served with four frivolous restraining orders.
Sadly, such abuses are not limited to Florida, and occur nationwide.
I have researched this new trick in the police playbook being used to stalk away the First Amendment.
PINAC presents this series as a case study on such stalking abuses in Florida and across the country.

There’s nothing illegal about making a YouTube video to showcase your community unless you live in Madisonville, Kentucky, a city of less than 20,000 that calls itself the “best town on earth” where cops may arrest you for doing just that.
At least that’s what happened to Ian Rogers in August after he took several photographs of the Madisonville Police Station and ended up arrested and charged with harassment.

The Illinois Cop who pulled Philip M. Williams over for an expired license plate sticker last August told the 31-year-old man that he smelled marijuana, which gave him probable cause to bring the police dog over and sniff around the car.
Despite Williams saying he did not consent to a search, the dog ended up finding 17 pounds of marijuana in the trunk, which led to his arrest on felony drug charges.
In his report, Woodstock police officer Eric Schmidtke stated that he had smelled marijuana, which gave him probable cause.

Five months after agreeing to pay a $45,000 settlement to a man they arrested for recording them tasering a man on his front porch, the Allentown Police Department is being sued again.
This time, by the man they tasered and tortured that night.

They were so sure of themselves, these California cops who raided a marijuana dispensary last year, terrorizing customers while wearing masks, forcing them to the floor at gunpoint, then disabling surveillance cameras inside the shop to ensure their crime went unnoticed.
But the Santa Ana cops failed to remove a hidden camera, which caught them eating marijuana-laced snacks while mocking a handicapped woman.

Philadelphia cops were arresting two men on a darkened street for disorderly conduct aka “contempt of cop” when one of the men being arrested called out to a passing bicyclist, asking him to record the interaction.
The cyclist, Jean-Jacques Gabriel, wasted no time in stopping his bike, pulling out his smart phone and video recording on Facebook Live.
The cops then began harassing him with their usual bullying routine; accusing him of obstructing traffic, even though Gabriel was standing across the street on his bicycle in a bike lane.

Colorado Springs police pulled over a pair of black brothers in a white neighborhood last year without telling them the reason for the traffic stop, pulling both men out the car at gunpoint and frisking them before handcuffing them.
The passenger of the car, Ryan Brown, began recording and narrating the scene until he was shoved face first into the snow. His phone was pried out of his hand, turned off and tossed aside.

“Do not fucking reach!” an enraged Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy shouted after pulling out his gun on a licensed private investigator sitting in his car in a residential neighborhood working on a case.
But all Ken Sheppard was doing was reaching towards his ear to remove his cell phone ear piece in order to better hear the deputy.
However, that was enough to make deputy Tai Plunkett fear for his life where he kept the gun pointed at Sheppard’s head with trembling hands in a surreal scene seemingly out of a movie.

A Michigan cop forced his fingers into a man’s anus, then fondled the man’s genitals after arresting him for driving with a suspended license earlier this year.
Something he can only do with a valid search warrant and a valid medical license, according to the man’s attorney.
The incident was caught on video, prompting a federal lawsuit against Allen Park police officer Daniel Mack, who can be heard on video telling Kevin Campbell he has every right to probe his anus with his fingers.

Chicago cop Jason Van Dyke faces up to 45 years in prison for what police told a witness she didn’t see in their attempt to cover up a fatal shooting after they realized her attempt to record it failed.
