Trump Attorney Kenneth Chesebro Pleaded ‘Guilty’ in Georgia RICO Case for Reduced Charges
Kenneth Chesebro is the third Trump co-defendant to plead guilty in the Georgia RICO case. Attorney Sidney Powell only pleaded guilty to misdemeanor offenses, but Chesebro pleaded guilty to a felony count of conspiracy to commit filing false documents and agreed to testify in the case as part of the deal.
