(GPA) — Earlier this week notorious war hawk US Senator John McCain (R-Az) was diagnosed with brain cancer. While the liberal and conservative establishments are sending their regards, Geopolitics Alert instead compiled a list of reasons why we don’t care about McCain.

Multiple media reports are confirming that longtime US senator from Arizona, John McCain, 80, has been diagnosed with brain cancer.
McCain has been out of the senate since the beginning of this week due to being hospitalized. His absence was part of the reason a scheduled vote to repeal Obamacare was postponed.

US Senator and former Presidential candidate John McCain is currently in his Arizona home where he is recovering from surgery to remove a blood clot above his left eye.
McCain’s absence from the Senate has forced a delay in the vote to repeal Obamacare. Now, sources say that his recovery time may take longer than initially expected.
Incoming FBI Director Cristopher Wray has stated that he would be interested in investigating links between officials of the Ukrainian regime and the Hillary Clinton campaign.
With evidence mounting that high level officials in Kiev actively worked with the Clinton campaign to try and influence US voters, it is imperative that any future investigation isn’t whitewashed simply because Kiev’s tactics failed to win the election for Clinton.
In the latest Crosstalk in which I appeared with Peter Lavelle I made the point at the very end that much of the US’s anger towards Russia comes from a US belief that the US won the Cold War and that Russia refuses to behave like a defeated country by submitting to this ‘fact’.
I said that if there is to be any future to the US-Russia relationship the US has to move beyond this.
I also said that much of the anger in the US towards Donald Trump is precisely because he has had the realism to move beyond it.
