European FMs commit to save Iran deal, counteract US sanctions

Foreign ministers of the European parties to the Joint Comprehensive plan of Action on Iran’s nuclear development, the deal that Trump thinks is the ‘worst deal ever negotiated’ and is determined to kill, got together for a meeting today to recommit to the agreement and put their heads together on how to protect their economic interests against American extraterritorial economic sanctions.

It seems that Trump’s hubris is big enough to try it.

Germany begs Russia to pick up the torch that US has dropped

He has traveled, for the first time, to Moscow to discuss international diplomacy, the Iran nuclear deal, peace talks on Ukraine, and Syria.
