A federal judge blocked parts of a California law that would have banned carrying concealed firearms in certain “sensitive places,” including places of worship, public libraries, amusement parks, zoos and sporting events. The law applies to those with licenses to carry a concealed weapon.

Ghost guns are unregistered and untraceable homemade weapons from a kit with parts that need to be assembled. They are not marked with a serial number. The rule from the agency reworked the definition of a firearm for regulatory purposes to include parts which could be used to make guns.

Democratic leaders have increasingly turned a scheme of declaring a health emergency to maximize authority of governors that was successful during the pandemic. There have also been calls to declare racism a public health emergency, supported by groups like the American Public Health Association.

The Democrats' real goal is a new government database with the objective of laying the legal groundwork for confiscating every gun in the United States. Democrats should focus on enforcing existing gun laws and remove Soros-backed district attorneys who refuse to prosecute gun crimes before they try to create new laws.
