Western business interests may have already stolen everything that isn’t nailed down and taken a crowbar to what is, but that doesn’t mean that they are done yet.
There is still something to exploit: cheap labor. That’s right, U.S. technology firms are itching to take advantage of desperate people.
As reported by Greekreporter.com, U.S. Ambassador to Greece Geoffrey Pyatt said on Monday:

‘Volunteers’ for two ‘humanitarian’ NGOs were arrested in January and tried for trafficking migrants into Greece, receiving the defense and backing of the Interior Minister of the Autonomous Region of Andalusia, and legislative members of Greece’s SYRIZA.
The ‘Team Humanity‘ NGO exists for the purpose of helping migrants cross the Aegean Sea from Turkey into Greece, which is peddled as a humanitarian effort, but has real demographic and political implications for the nations that end up receiving the migrants.

Greece's ruling radical leftist Syriza coalition government is moving to grant 800,000 immigrants citizenship, which amounts to nearly one tenth of the native Greek population, in a bid to stay in power. After successfully quashing Greece’s 2015 debtor’s prison break, Europe’s deep establishment has embarked on a mission to declare the country’s economic and social crisis over. To recall Tacitus, “they make a desert and they call it peace”. Since 2015, the Greek state has paid its creditors a sum equal to the aggregate pre-tax revenues of all Greek businesses over an 18-month period. And as if these pounds of flesh were insufficient, between now and 2030, the state must pay the creditors almost twice that sum, and more than three times the same amount between 2030 and 2060.

The state of permanent debt bondage, which threatens Greece with desertification, is in the mind of every Greek. Imposing emigration on our young, and indignity to those who stay behind, it hangs over the country like a thick, dark cloud. Unable to discern any light in the long night of our Great Depression, the Greeks’ humiliation is reinforced every time they hear the powers-that-be tell them, gleefully, that the crisis will come to an end as a result of the enthusiastic implementation of the policies that caused it.

It’s not enough for concerned Europeans, Americans and Canadians to say they care about ‘the Syrian refugees.’ Instead they might take a look in the mirror and realize that they are in fact paying for the proxy war which has created this refugee crisis in the first place.

Recep Erdogan, the President of Turkey, is not backing down from his country’s intimidating behavior towards Greece. This, from a nation that is supported by NATO and wants to be a full part of the European Union. From the Greek publication Greek Reporter:
