Newsom signed a bill that will enable him to slap fines on local school districts that refuse to obey state edits on curriculum involving controversial subjects like race, gender, and sexuality. Newsom hopes to punish the Temecula school district as conservatives won school board elections and rejected LGBTQ+ material.

Newsom faced criticism over the strict lockdowns and mask mandates he implemented in California that prompted a recall effort. While Newsom did say, "We would have done everything differently," he failed to take responsibility for the COVID policies he implemented.

The Democrats' real goal is a new government database with the objective of laying the legal groundwork for confiscating every gun in the United States. Democrats should focus on enforcing existing gun laws and remove Soros-backed district attorneys who refuse to prosecute gun crimes before they try to create new laws.

The average pedophile served two years and 10 months in prison. Sex offenders are at least four times more likely than other criminals to be rearrested for a sex crime. A lawyer blamed policies backed by California Governor Gavin Newsom allowing for shortening of sentences to reduce the prison population.

The second case involves an Orange County nail salon; the 2nd court ruled that since Newsom picked which businesses were allowed to remain open in order to “flatten the curve,” the government may be liable for the damages those businesses suffered as a result of following the governor’s order.

Governor Newsom's office announced that “Starting on May 1, Medi-Cal, California’s health coverage program for low-income individuals and families, is extending eligibility for full coverage to more than 185,000 individuals who are 50 years of age or older, regardless of immigration status.”

No governor can make a law, no health officer can make a law, and no code enforcer can make a law. Governor Newsom has admitted that his edicts are just 'guidelines'. He is trying to make the restaurants become the enforcers of his policies, because he lacks the authority to do so.

Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco called out Governor Newsom and said his department won't be "blackmailed, bullied or used as muscle" against residents during the pandemic, despite Newsom's threats to withhold federal and state funding from counties that do not enforce his orders.

Covid-19 'cases' are surging in California, based on PCR and antibody tests that do not even test for a virus. Governor Newsom and other Democrat leaders are using the increasing meaningless numbers to enact tyrannical policies that include closing restaurants and other small businesses and issuing stay-at-home orders.

A recent court ruling against Newsom resulted in a Permanent Injunction that restrains him from issuing further unconstitutional orders and from creating new laws. This ruling serves as a precedent to challenge the lockdown.
