The Geopolitical Report with Kurt Nimmo

War Algorithms

DARPA is working at a furious pace to engineer killer robots and autonomous drones. Military nanotechnologies were outlined in a 2010 report from the Pentagon's Defense Threat Reduction Agency. They include transgenic insects and nanobots that will deliver protein-based biological warfare agents and inhalable micro-particles that immobilize or kill. Micro explosives are also being developed. The Pentagon is rapidly developing swarms of deadly miniature drones and robotic machines to fight alongside human soldiers.

Bankster Drug Wars: Financial Elite Reap Billions on Addiction and Misery

Last year there were 23,000 homicides in Mexico, a level surpassed only by Syria. The record breaking homicide rate in Mexico is directly linked to large international banks. The illegal trade in heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and marijuana wouldn’t be possible without the money laundering services of large banks. Every major bank in the US has served as an active financial partner with drug cartels. The banks include HSBC, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Western Union, Citibank, and JP Morgan, in addition to overseas banks operating out of New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and London.

Only Mass Murder Will Work: Trump and the Generals Get Serious About North Korea

President Donald Trump's Defense Secretary, James “Mad Dog” Mattis, has told soldiers they must prepare for war with North Korea. British defense officials are drawing up plans for an attack. Historical amnesia has buried the fact the US destroyed North Korea over sixty years ago. The United States and its allies dropped more bombs on the Korean Peninsula, the overwhelming majority of them on North Korea, than they had in the entire Pacific Theater of World War II.

Odious Debt. Is Puerto Rico Our Future??

Puerto Rico is a victim of Wall Street’s loan sharking operation. Its bond debt is now more than $72 billion dollars. This represents more than $20,000 per person, more than the median income, which is $19,520 per year. It’s what’s known as Odious Debt, that is to say debt that didn’t benefit the people of Puerto Rico. In America, we face a similar debt problem. The national debt is now over 20 trillion dollars. That’s larger than the size of the entire US economy. The Fed was established precisely for this reason—to create a never-ending spiral of debt.

The War Democrats: Harry S. Truman

President Harry S. Truman ushered in the era of atomic weapons, the Cold War, and the national security state. In this episode of The Geopolitical Report, we look at the decision to kill thousands of Japanese with two atomic bombings despite the fact they were ready to surrender. The bomb was a kick-off to the Red Scare and decades of conflict between the United States and the Soviet Union. Unlike the First World War, the Second didn’t bring about demobilization and disarmament after its conclusion. Truman’s new “beast” was the Soviet Union and communism.

The War Democrats: Woodrow Wilson

Between the years 1913 and 1921 the 28th president of the United States, Woodrow Wilson, outdid his predecessors in military interventionism. Wilson’s moral crusade to bring democracy to the world and uphold the Monroe Doctrine began in Mexico. Wilson’s “moral diplomacy” then set its gunsights on Nicaragua. The goal of the United States was to undermine European financial interests in the region and protect American companies exploiting Nicaragua’s natural resources. Wilson then conspired with the financial class of the day to get the United States involved in a European war. J. P.

Saving al-Nusra

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said the United States is protecting Jabhat Fateh al-Sham, formerly known as al-Nusra. Lavrov said the US has broken a promise to separate Jabhat Fateh al-Sham from other supposedly moderate Syrian groups attempting to overthrow Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad. French intelligence reported months ago US air strikes against the Islamic State have avoided targeting positions held by al-Nusra.

JFK: Victim of the National Security State

Following the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, President Kennedy announced he would ban the testing of nuclear weapons. He called for an end to the Cold War and the removal of troops from South Vietnam. Kennedy also put an end to the Pentagon's plan to invade Cuba and refused to provide air support for the Bay of Pigs invasion. It was the last straw when he forced the resignation of Allen Dulles, the director of the CIA. The National Security State said Kennedy had to go. They said he was a threat to national security.

Trump, Afghanistan, and 9/11

President Donald Trump, led by his generals, will continue America’s longest war in Afghanistan. On this episode of The Geopolitical Report, we look at the history of the war and the effort by the CIA, aided by Pakistani intelligence, to manufacture both al-Qaeda and the Taliban. Prior to 9/11, the US did business with the Taliban and considered them a suitable partner for a pipeline deal. After 9/11, the Taliban offered to hand Osama bin Laden over to the United States, but the Bush administration refused, preferring instead to invade and create the longest war.
