Trump Considering 100,000 Strong Nat Guard Deployment For Immigration Roundups

The Trump administration is considering a proposal to mobilize as many as 100,000 National Guard troops to round up unauthorized immigrants, including millions living nowhere near the Mexico border, according to a draft memo obtained by The Associated Press.

WASHINGTON  — No one knows how seriously to take President Donald Trump’s threat to seize Iraq’s oil.
Doing so would involve extraordinary costs and risk confrontation with America’s best ground partner against ISIS, but the president told the CIA this weekend, “Maybe you’ll have another chance.”

(REPORT) — A pair of US drone strikes in Yemen’s Bayda Province have killed at least 10 people over the weekend, according to Yemeni officials, marking the first drone strikes to be conducted under President Trump, who was inaugurated on Friday.
