Ryan's "compromise" immigration bill-- a compromise between the relatively mainstream conservatives and the neo-fascists in the House-- fell apart today as 112 Republicans joined every single Democrat to oppose it. Just 121 Republicans stuck with Ryan. The final score was 121-301.
A new report from the Department of Homeland Security reveals that the Obama administration handed out DACA work-permits and Social Security numbers to more than 50,000 illegal aliens, even though they had arrests records. The criminals who were allowed to remain in the US include 2,503 people with arrest records for battery, 2,378 DUI drivers, 6,629 thieves, and 1,173 burglars. [...]

A Koch organization representative threatened Republicans with a reduction in campaign donations when he said that the Koch networks will "closely evaluate" their contributions to GOP midterm races if DACA amnesty is not passed. When going over the new poll from Muhlenberg College of Pennsylvania voters the other day, I noticed question about DACA. It was the most agreed-upon topic in the entire survey 81% of voters favor DACA. That's especially interesting because 40% of voters identified themselves as Republicans.
