Watch: PINAC Correspondent Pulls Over Texas Trooper for Speeding and Receives Immediate Apology

PINAC correspondent Phillip Turner was on his way to court to fight a petty traffic citation when a Texas state trooper sped past him driving at least 90 mph.
At first, Turner figured he was on his way to an emergency, but the trooper never activated his lights, even when he was tailgating drivers in the fast lane.
Instead, the trooper would tailgate them for several seconds before speeding past them.
That was when Turner decided to pull him over.
“I flashed my lights and honked my horns and after a few minutes, he pulled over,” Turner said.

Facing a suicidal man who holding a knife to his own throat, California cops said they had no choice but to shoot him dead.
After all, Santa Maria police said they had exhausted all nonlethal means during 30 minutes of negotiations with the 31-year-old man, which was when they shot him multiple times in front of dozens of witnesses, including one man who was recording.

A video going viral shows two Orlando police officers struggling to arrest a man before he makes his way into his car and drives away, leaving the two cops grasping for air as they both wind up on the ground.
The surprising part is that the cops did not pull out their guns and fire at the fleeing vehicle.
It looked as if the thought never crossed their minds.
Instead, one cop stands himself up, pulls out his radio and says, “Silver Audi. Black male driving. High rate of speed. Southbound on Orange. He’s going down C.”

New York Cops Arrests Man for Recording, Telling Him, “I’m Going to Fuck You Up” (Updated II)

A New York cop finished making an arrest Thursday before turning to a man recording the arrest from across the street – a man who had not said a word to the officer – and threatened to arrest that man if he said another word.
Maurice “Mo” Crawley did not understand what the cop had just said, so he asked him to repeat himself.
And that was enough to get him arrested.
It was a blatant violation of Crawley’s Constitutional rights as well as a clear case of retaliation from a cop who did not appreciate being recorded.

New Jersey Man Receives $175,000 Settlement for Police Siccing Dog on Him and Deleting His Footage After Recording Cops Attacking Woman

A New Jersey man is $175,000 richer after settling with the capitol city of Trenton after officers kicked and punched him while siccing a police dog on him for recording their vicious assault of a woman while calling her a “bitch” and “cunt”.
Police also confiscated his camera and deleted his footage, but were unable to delete footage from another man recording as well as footage from a surveillance camera. Both those videos are below.

Arizona Trooper Caught on Video Forcing Man into Hot Asphalt as he Screams in Pain (Updated)

An Arizona state trooper who pulled a man over for speeding was captured on video wrestling with the driver on the street as the man yelled out in pain about being forced to lay facedown on the hot asphalt as temperatures soared over 100 degree Monday.
The video was recorded by a passing motorist named Austin Maxwell who posted it on Facebook. Maxwell had pulled up after the altercation began, so we cannot see what led to it.

LAPD Cop Fears Camera Could be Weapon After Acknowledging it was Camera

A pair of women making a public records request inside a Los Angeles police station made officers fear for their lives because they were recording the interaction with a camera.
After all, expressed one officer, the camera could have been a gun.
“What kid of camera looks like a weapon?” asked one of the women.
“You ain’t been out there on these streets,” the cop responded, trying to pass himself off as a grizzled tough guy who comes under regular fire from cameras.

Oregon Police Pounce on Autistic Homeless Man for Trying to Explain Federal Disability Law to Them (Updated)

Oregon police are facing scrutiny on social and news media after a video posted to Facebook last week showed five Ashland police officers piling on top of a homeless autistic man because he had the nerve to inform them they were violating federal law by harassing and ticketing his friend for having a disability service dog in public.
Ashland police charged the man who goes by “Redwood” with disturbing the peace, interfering with an officer and resisting arrest, which are charges commonly used by police in contempt of cop cases across the country.

South Carolina Deputy Pulls Gun on Man Recording Him

Fearing for his life, a South Carolina sheriff’s deputy pulled a gun on a man who walked up to him with a phone while recording, asking him for his name and badge number.
The man with the camera, who goes by Trey Citizen on YouTube, had both hands on his phone, which is evident in the reflection of the window.
He also had the sense to hold the phone horizontally, so he obviously put some thought into this.
But the deputy, no doubt on edge after recent police slayings, pulled out his gun and pointed it at him.

San Bernardino police said they shot and killed Cody Wayne Jarrett, 26, because he was wielding a sawed-off shotgun when they pulled him over in a stolen car.
