Chinese Social Credit Score

Within two days of Macron's victory, France introduced an app, the "Digital Identity Guarantee Service” (“SGIN”), that will include last name, first name, date of birth, photograph, postal address and e-mail address.

China's social credit score system already bans low-ranking people from renting a home, using buses, planes and trains, loans, private schools for their children and engaging in other basic functions of society. The system rewards its prisoners who guard the other prisoners.

Following backlash, Orange County scrapped its plans for a vaccine passport program to restrict travel, conferences/meetings, concerts, sports, school and more. Their new plan is for businesses to implement the passports that can discriminate against people's health status if they reject vaccines, which is illegal.

The system will track real-time locations and behavior of everyone and will calculate “personal risk scores”. Those with low scores will be quarantined and denied employment. China's system is used to monitor people's social and political behavior to deny travel and jobs to those who do not obey.
