A North Carolina man recorded a shoplifter inside Walmart’s Wilmington location, only to be verbally harassed, threatened with arrest and banned by a clueless employee of the SuperCenter last Friday afternoon.
Jon Andrade thought he was doing the retail giant a favor by using his cell phone to capture a petty theft, when Walmart employees turned on him and demanded that he leave or be arrested for criminal trespassing on private property ending the encounter by telling the man that he is “Banned.”

An Illinois cop was caught on video accusing a disabled man of being a criminal for recording, then denying his attempt to file an internal affairs complaint while trying to hide behind that state’s struck-down, unconstitutional eavesdropping law, which the ACLU had overturned in 2012.

Two U.S. Marshals are coming under fire after slamming their van into a woman’s car, pointing a gun at her and then, after realizing she was recording them, taking off like nothing ever happened, proving they are held to even lesser standards in Puerto Rico.
Raquel Vélez, who recorded the video, says to make matters worse, the incident took place in front of a federal prison. She wasted no time in reporting the U.S. Marshals (one of them apparently is known as “Agent Rivera”) and highlighted how she could not believe they pointed a firearm at her when she had done nothing wrong.

The Civilian Complaint Review Board, the New York City agency that investigates cases of NYPD misconduct, has substantiated complaints of a police sergeant using a chokehold on a Black Lives Matter protester that I caught on video in August of last year.

Less than a year into the job, a Delaware cop was arrested for making terrorist threats against a citizen, who was only trying to help another citizen file a complaint against police.
“I’m going to call my boys and have them come and lock you up,” Wilmington police officer Julian Michel told the victim, threatening to arrest him for disorderly conduct.
“I’m going to kill that motherfucker,” Michel threatened, pointing at the victim. “I’m going to shoot you.”

So last week, a video of a frisky cop mistaking a man’s penis for a deadly weapon had gone viral on Imgur, a short video with no audio that generated laughs, comments and compliments, but revealed no background.
The bizarre footage showed a shirtless, shoeless man being heavily patted down – groin area and all – as his hands are behind his back.

An undercover sheriff’s deputy in Minnesota spotted a citizen recording him with a cellphone camera while driving and used his unmarked police vehicle to conduct a contentious, and probably unlawful traffic stop.
“The ACLU will eat this up” said the Minnesota woman who wasn’t suspected of a crime, but unlawfully detained by a Stearns County sheriff’s deputy in the three videos shared below.
She’s probably right.

Nebraska police arrested the founder of Omaha Cop Block for doing nothing more than “using four letter words” on a public sidewalk.
The Omaha police officer Lucpdo felt mocked, so he used his badge and gun to get street justice, punishing Floyd Wallace with a trip to jail for contempt of cop.
The YouTube effect doesn’t happen for police quite the same as it does for activists, since the officer’s video hasn’t yet surfaced.

A Miami mother caught on camera in a heated debate with a Police officer near her daughter’s school in October, just had all charges dropped on Tuesday.
Rita Guzman from Cutler Bay, Florida told CBS news that she feels “just relief” and wants to put the horrific incident behind her.
The Miami-Dade state attorney office headed by longtime prosecutor Kathleen Fernandez-Rundle published the following memo about Guzman’s case:
