Newly Surfaced Cell Phone Video Contradicts California Cop Narrative of Shooting Death of Mentally Ill Man

A cell phone video showing Northern California cops gun down a 110-pound mentally ill man last month surfaced this week, showing the man running away from cops when they charge towards him while firing a dozen shots.
Prior to the video surfacing, Sacramento police were claiming the usual: That Joseph Mann turned towards them while holding a knife, then reached into his waistband, which made them fear for their lives, prompting them to shoot him multiple times because they were “worried he might hurt citizens in the area.”

DEA Delays Decision to Reschedule Marijuana…Again

Right now, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) classifies marijuana as a Schedule I drug, right alongside heroin, LSD, peyote, and ecstasy. That’s more than a little ridiculous, considering Schedule I drugs are classified as such because they have “no medical use and a high potential for abuse.”
We know that marijuana does, in fact, have numerous medical uses.

California Cops Shoot Man, but Don’t Explain Why he was Detained in the First Place (Updated)

California police shot a homeless man Monday after claiming he tried to grab one of their guns.
The actual shooting, so far, has not surfaced on video, but the immediate aftermath was recorded and posted on YouTube, showing two Santa Ana police officers detaining a handcuffed man, who is shirtless and on the ground screaming in pain as witnesses yell at the officers to get off him.
A Santa Ana police spokesperson said he was not sure why police tried to detain the 32-year-old man in the first place, but he was sure to mention the officers were in fear for their lives.

Facing a suicidal man who holding a knife to his own throat, California cops said they had no choice but to shoot him dead.
After all, Santa Maria police said they had exhausted all nonlethal means during 30 minutes of negotiations with the 31-year-old man, which was when they shot him multiple times in front of dozens of witnesses, including one man who was recording.
The video shows several police officers standing behind a police car when they opened fire on July 21.

Northern California Cop Arrested for Raping Five Women On Duty

During a ride-along with a college journalist in 2014, Northern California police officer Noah Winchester bragged about he was looking out for the safety of the students on campus.
But that was before he was arrested for raping two women while on duty as a police officer for the Los Rios Community College in Sacramento.
And that was before he was arrested for raping an additional three women while on duty as a police officer for the San Mateo Police Department.
Police arrested the 31-year-old man Thursday on 22 counts of kidnapping, rape and related charges.

LAPD Cop Fears Camera Could be Weapon After Acknowledging it was Camera

A pair of women making a public records request inside a Los Angeles police station made officers fear for their lives because they were recording the interaction with a camera.
After all, expressed one officer, the camera could have been a gun.
“What kid of camera looks like a weapon?” asked one of the women.
“You ain’t been out there on these streets,” the cop responded, trying to pass himself off as a grizzled tough guy who comes under regular fire from cameras.
