Watch: California Security Guard Pull Gun on Apple Engineer for Running Over Traffic Cone in Mall Parking Lot

A California security guard who pulled a gun on an Apple engineer for running over a traffic cone as he was trying to exit a shopping mall parking lot is facing a civil lawsuit seeking damages in part because the mall guard wasn’t even licensed to be carrying a gun.
Nicholas Buchanan, 27, an Apple engineer who resides in San Jose, is seeking damages for inflicting emotional distress, assault, false imprisonment negligence and violation of the “Bane Act,”which alleges a cop violated someone’s constitutional rights by threats or intimidation.

Sparks flew from batons as they swung down on Alejandro Rojo’s skull and onto the pavement over and over.
The 22-year-old man is lucky to be alive.
And it was all caught on camera.
A woman identified only as “Sandra” recorded the California cop Tuesday night repeatedly beating a man in the head with his baton after responding to a call at a CVS pharmacy about a man acting strange, rummaging through medical supply boxes, “possibly ingesting medicine.”

The culprit is a Playboy model in her 20s, blessed with good looks and fake breasts and popular on social media.
The victim is a woman in her 70s, cursed with old age and sagging breasts who never expected her naked photo to go viral on social media.
But Playboy model Dani Mathers thought it would be funny to photograph the woman as she showered inside an L.A. Fitness locker room back in July, posting the photo on Snapchat with the caption, “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”
Now Mathers may face criminal charges.

New Footage from Chico Police Arrest of College Students Surfaces: Second Phone Containing Footage Still Missing

It’s been four days since Chico police arrested a pair of women in Northern California in a video that has gone viral and the story has been reported by at least four local media sites.

San Francisco Cop Sentenced to 14 Months in Prison After Video Proves he Falsified Report

An award-winning San Francisco cop was sentenced to 14 months in prison Tuesday for conducting an illegal search on a hotel room, then falsifying a police report to make it seem as it was a legal search.
Defense attorneys argued that Arshad Razzak, who spent 19 years on the force,  was never trained in how not to violate the rights of citizens.
The 44-year-old cop was also not trained in common sense because it was as surveillance video that led to his conviction.

San Francisco Police Union Chief Berates Colin Kaepernick for Painting “False Narrative” About Police

The San Francisco police union berated San Francisco 49er quarter Colin Kaepernick for refusing to stand for the National Anthem to protest against police violence – accusing the NFL player of demonstrating a “lack of sensitivity” towards police officers by painting a “false narrative” with “misinformation that lacks any factual basis.”

Martin Halloran, president of the San Francisco Police Officers Association, also said it was not fair for Kaepernick to accuse police of contributing to the “racial divide” in this country.

A California cop who did not appreciate a pair of women recording him ended up following them home, pulling out the driver and abusing her.
The woman’s friend recorded the altercation and posted the video on Facebook, where it’s now going viral.
The video lasts almost four minutes showing Chico police officer Steve Dyke grabbing the 19-year-old driver by the wrist and twisting it, causing her to cry out in pain.
Reacting to the pain, Nicole Braham takes a couple of steps away from him, which prompts him to order her to stop resisting.
