WATCH: California Cops Shoot Legally Blind Man, Falsely Claiming he “Advanced” Towards them with Knife

Newly released video shows five heavily armed California cops storm a convenience store with a police dog  before shooting and killing a mentally ill man who was legally blind.
The store surveillance video, which contains no audio, contradicts the police version of events that claimed James Hall “advanced” towards them with a knife.
Instead, the video shows Hall cowering in the corner of the convenience store after cops had sicced their dog on him.
The video then shows one of the Fontana cops opening fire on him, then about ten cops swarming the body.

California Men who Spent Seven Months in Jail for Rap Lyrics and Facebook Photos File Lawsuit

Two California men who spent seven months in jail for conspiracy to commit murder based on rap lyrics and Facebook photos that made no reference to actual murders filed a lawsuit against the San Diego Police Department Tuesday.
Police based their arrests on allegations that Brandon Duncan and Aaron Harvey were Facebook friends with suspected gang members they grew up with, using an obscure law that does not ever appear to have been used in California before the 2014 arrests.
But there was no evidence that either committed any murders or were actual gang members.

California Cops Detain and Assault Man for Video Recording Police Parking Lot from Public Sidewalk

A man who was video recording from a public sidewalk outside a California police station was confronted by a cop, who “asked” him to sit down on the sidewalk while grabbing his arm, threatening to arrest him for the crime of recording police cars, which is not a crime.
But the man with the camera, whose YouTube username is Robbie Estabrook, remained calm, refusing to sit while telling the cop to stop assaulting him.
Oxnard police officer Thomas Payn claimed he was not assaulting him while maintaining a firm grasp on his arm.

California Cops Come Close to Killing Sleeping Man with Gun-Shaped Cell Phone Case

After coming close to killing a man over a cell phone case shaped like a gun, police in California are warning citizens to think twice about using such devices.
After all, the next time could end “tragically,” as the Alhambra Police Department noted.
And we could have told you that knowing how cops will confuse anything for a gun, whether it be a smartphone with no gun-shaped attachment, a wallet or just a hand with an index finger extended, which have all gotten people killed by police.

California Man Shot by Cops Trying to Prove “Cops are Good” Charged with Attempted Murder

He is now being charged with attempted murder.
That means Jose Vaca is now facing a possible life sentence in prison.
But chances are, Vaca will still maintain his positive attitude towards police.
