A line of parents assembled at the SB277 Senate Committee Hearing in California last week running out of the courthouse, into the hall, and out into the parking lot. The group was comprised of concerned citizens who don’t want forced vaccinations for their children.
Some parents carried posters stating “One Size Does Not Fit All” in reference to forced vaccines whereupon parents would no longer have a ‘personal belief’ exemption to refuse vaccinations for their children.

Nestlé has continued its water bottling practices even while California has struggled though its worst drought in history, gaining not only the negative attention of residents, but also of an enraged nation. Activists have taken the matter into their own hands, picketing the corporation that guzzles over 80 million gallons of water form Sacramento aquifers every year – only to sell that water back to the public.

As California lawmakers decide if resident ‘water wasters’ should face jail time as a drought strikes the state, water agencies are busy working on higher rates and fees to penalize individual residents. This is happening while the act of hydraulic fracturing is polluting massive amounts of water in the state.

This suit claims the wineries knowingly produced, marketed, and sold wine that contains levels of highly toxic arsenic that grossly exceed the legally allowed limit, and failed to warn those buying the wine of the potential danger.

The city of San Diego and the San Diego Unified Port District filed a lawsuit on Monday against the biotech giant Monsanto, accusing the company for polluting the city’s bay for more than 30 years with a carcinogenic chemical that was long ago banned due to its abhorrent affects on human health.

A new interesting precedent has likely been set in a California court regarding medical marijuana. Many people who have taken concentrated cannabis in the form of “honey oil” and “dabs” (which often are concentrated versions of THC) can no longer be jailed or fined, since they will now be classified as medical marijuana.
