Florida Cops Fabricate Laws to Detain PINAC Reporter for Doing his Job

PINAC reporter Jeff Gray was up to his old tricks again, photographing power plants from public sidewalks, making public records requests at police stations, not breaking any law, when he was approached by cops who accused him of breaking fabricated laws, even going as far as to accuse him of plotting an attack on police.
We’ve seen it all before with Gray; the paranoid cops believing they are keeping the world safe by violating his Constitutional rights, seemingly unconcerned about making fools of themselves on YouTube.

Watch: New York Teen Embarrasses Bullying Cop with Knowledge of Law

A New York cop told a teenager in a park that if he did not stop using foul language, “I will kick your ass.”
When the teen pointed out that the Cuba police officer was himself using foul language, the officer accused the teen of being “mouthy,” then demanded to know his name.
The teen pointed out that although New York is a stop-and-identify state, the officer must still have a reasonable suspicion that he is committing a crime in order for him to be legally obligated to provide his name.

South Florida Cop Charged in Shooting Death of Corey Jones Because of Audio Recording

Palm Beach Gardens police officer Nouman Raja had no idea he was being audio recorded when he pulled up to Corey Jones at 3 a.m. on the side of the road last year and killed him.
But it was that audio recording that led to his indictment today where he is now facing life in prison.
And he deserves nothing less.
Corey Jones played in a band called the Future Presidentz.
He not only pulled up to Jones in an unmarked vehicle wearing plainclothes on October 18, 2015, he never identified himself as an officer.

Michigan Deputy Resigns To Avoid Being Fired After Questionable Stop

A Michigan deputy who resigned to avoid termination after he was caught on video pulling a man out of a car for asking a simple question is now working for another law enforcement agency, despite the fact he has an established reputation for aggressive and unprofessional behavior towards citizens.
But considering his new employer, the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office, is looking into introducing body and dash cams for its deputies, we will likely see more videos of his aggressive behavior in the future.

Video Proves Wisconsin Police Lied About Shooting and Killing Hostage During Standoff

Wisconsin police shot and killed a hostage during a standoff in December, claiming the man had a gun and refused to drop it when ordered to do so.
But a newly released dash cam video shows that Neenah police shot him dead without issuing a single order.
Neenah police also claimed that they transported Michael L. Funk to the hospital after shooting him, which is where he ended up dying.
But the video shows they left him lying in the street for 25 minutes where he was pronounced dead.
