Trump's Going To Lose In 2020-- Badly

Democratic Hopefuls by Nancy OhanianTomorrow the House Judiciary Committee is scheduled to vote on whether or not to subpoena the Mueller report. Despite the House having voted 420-0 to urge Barr to release the report-- and despite the fact that polls consistently show that something like 75% of American voters want to see the full report, I can predict the exact vote tomorrow.

Porkins Policy Radio episode 178 Emma Redmond on Vox Lux

This week my sister Emma joined me to discuss Brady Corbet’s latest film Vox Lux, which tells the story of a young girl Celeste surviving a school shooting and becoming a pop star. We started by discussing the film itself and it’s interesting narrative structure. We also touched on some of the flaws in the film. We then moved onto the main plot points and themes in the film. Emma and I discussed the role that pop music plays in our lives and how trauma and tragedy connects to it. We touched on 9/11 which plays a role throughout the film.

Midnight Meme Of The Day!

by NoahOh poor you, Melania. So abused. So picked upon. Fuck you! The last First Lady got repeatedly subjected to typically Republican racial diatribes calling her an ape and a man, complete with idiotic YouTube videos offered as so-called evidence. Fuck you to the heavens and all the way down to the hell where you belong.Melania, you signed up for any abuse you get when you married what you married.

World powers want to stick with the Iran Nuclear Deal. The US doesn’t. Here is why.

Today, we turn our attention to Iran and the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, commonly known as the “Iran deal” or the “Iran Nuclear Deal.”
This agreement is heralded in the geopolitical sphere as a treaty and agreement that Iran will not develop nuclear weapons. It was reached in an agreement between Iran, Germany, and the five permanent members of the UN Security Council – China, Russia, France, the United Kingdom and the United States.

The American Left are causing massive problems

We are dealing with two utterly balkanized groups of people in American politics.  These groups have become so polarized that they literally have lost the ability to communicate with one another.  This inability is capitalized upon by the liberal Left far more effectively than the conservative Right in the United States, and this has created massive problems.

Successful Anti-Bullying Measures!

I felt impelled to write the following essay after reading this evaluation: The ‘ Ogre ‘ Of Violence – Rooted In Childhood  by Sheshu Babu … In the USA, we have guidance counselors in schools to help stop violence. One of my relatives, a guidance counselor, runs groups for bullies and for victims of violence. Other means than group sessions[Read More...]

Trump Is Making No Friends On Capitol Hill-- And That Could Hurt In An Impeachment Trial

It's widely acknowledged that McConnell and the Trump Regime bribed Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) to change her vote on the motion to proceed with TrumpCare, after all her self-congratulatory comments to West Virginia voters about how she would protect them-- even if she had to be the deciding vote to thwart the plan to kick tens of millions of Americans off healthcare. Instead she was the deciding vote in the opposite direction.

Hey Republicans! It’s On You. Period. (Part 2)

-by NoahOn Wednesday morning, when I wrote my post entitled, If You Voted For The Orange Fascist, It’s On You. Period, I wrote that how eerily quiet New York City was that morning. New York is not alone in its reaction to the stunning and appalling victory of Herr Trumpf and what evil it could visit on America. As with all tragedies, people have now entered a period of working through their grieving into a mood of not resignation but resolve and meeting the challenges.

Is He From Mars? Pence Will Have To Try To Make This Sound Normal Tonight

The other day, Keith Olbermann recorded a telling little segment about dogs and Trump. To anyone who's ever been a friend of a dog-- and who, besides Trump, hasn't been?-- it's bad enough on it's own. But when you look at it in a broader context, Trump's psychological unfitness for leadership, it becomes even more interesting.
