Two Colorado cops won’t be charged with a crime even after newly-released video shows the moments when they broke a handcuffed man’s neck, and left him a paraplegic.
You can see the whole incident below.
The body cam video shows a La Junta Police officer dropping the man on his head in the first two seconds as they pulled him from their police cruiser.
Those seconds ended the man’s promising MMA career.
Now Donovan Duran needs constant medical attention.
He’s unable to walk, paralyzed from the nipples on his chest down to his toes.

Two California cops blew away a 40 year old mentally-ill suspect only eight seconds after getting out of their car, claiming the man reached for his waistband in the video below.

In an odd turn of events, a 16-year-old was charged with a DUI in Washington after a Spokane police officer ran a red light, crashed into the teenager and then blamed him for the accident.
Officer Seth Killian, who has been awarded countless accolades throughout his law enforcement career, was distracted and ran a red light on December 8 crashing into the teenager’s vehicle.
He even admitted to being at fault in the moments after the crash.
“I screwed up, man,” a distraught Killian is heard telling another officer in a conversation captured on his body cam.

Las Vegas police held a press conference Monday to explain how they ended up shooting an unarmed man to death who refused to drop a cell phone on the afternoon of New Year’s Eve.
They also released footage from the body cam of one of the officers, but stopped short of showing the actual shooting.

Dramatic body cam video emerged from Utah showing police entering a home and finding a shirtless man armed with a machete who was lighting a curtain on fire.
The officer tasered the man as another officer kicked the machete away while the curtain fire grew stronger.
The West Jordan police officers called the fire department, then dragged the man out of the house, leaving the fire to continue spreading.

An aggressive Texas cop with a history of complaints and a reputation for not caring about those complaints was placed on paid leave after he was caught on camera kneeing a handcuffed man in the groin.
San Juan police officer Juan Pablo Galindo was captured by his colleague’s body cam on the evening of December 14.
