Tuesday night, progressive reformer Morgan Harper lost her congressional primary to a corrupt, middle of the road Democratic incumbent, Joyce Beatty in Columbus, Ohio. The final result was a two-to-one rout-- 43,727 (68.29%) to 20,301 (31.71%).

Did you happen to notice the Wall Street Journal headline just before voting closed in Michigan yesterday-- Black Voters Hope To Deliver Key Victory For Biden In Michigan? And they did. Biden took Michigan and 3 of the other 4 primary states.

About 5 weeks ago The Atlantic published a piece he wrote about what he fears a conservative Democrat winning the nomination. He refers to the conservative wing-- incorrectly as just as the corporate media wants him to-- as moderates. His analysis is so good, it's a shame he doesn't understand the importance of not ceding that word-- moderate-- to the right.

In 2016, Wisconsin's 10 electoral votes went to Trump. He bear Hillary in a fairly solid blue state 1,405,284 (47.22%) to 1,382,538 (46.45%). That's 22,746 votes. Participation in black neighborhoods in Milwaukee was way off. Voters didn't switch the Trump they just stayed home. What happened? Were people so sure Hillary would win that they didn't both to show up?
