Anti-BDS Laws And Pro-Israeli Parliament: Zionist Hasbara Is Winning In Italy

Co-Written by Romana Rubeo and Ramzy Baroud A proposed law at the Italian Parliament is set to punish the boycott of Israel. In the past, such an initiative would have been unthinkable. Alas, Italy, a country that had historic sympathies with the Palestinian cause has shifted its politics in a dramatic way in recent years. Most surprisingly, though, the Left is[Read More...]

Walls And Militarized Police: How Israel Is Exporting Its Occupation To The United States

Israeli footprints are becoming more apparent in the US security apparatus. Such a fact does not bode well for ordinary Americans. US Senate Bill S.720 should have been a wake-up call. The father, after leading the Irgun, sat down and made peace with Anwar al-Sadat of Egypt. Ze’ev is closer to Golda Me’ir, who ignored Sadat’s peace overtures and led us into the disastrous Yom Kippur war.

UN Must Take A Leaf From The Global Grassroots BDS Movement

Among ongoing outrageous actions and in defiance of international law, Israel’s HabayitHayehudi party has just approved a plan for annexing the remaining occupied Palestinian territory “while either facilitating the exit of Palestinian residents or allowing them to remain but without voting rights.” This is by no means a surprising outcome, nor is it simply a reflection of so-called right-wing[Read More...]

‘The Palestine Exception’: War On BDS Is Now A War On American Democracy

The US government is declaring war on the Palestinian Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement. The fight to defeat BDS has been ongoing for several years, but most notably since 2014. Since then, 11 US states have passed[Read More...]
