DOJ releases DAMNING report on FBI handling of Hillary Clinton e-mail investigation

The Associated Press on Thursday, June 14th, announced early in the morning that the Justice Department released its long-awaited report. Compiled by Inspector General David Horowitz, the 568 page report details the investigation into the practices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation under Director James Comey in regard to the matter of Hillary Clinton’s e-mail server and her compromise of classified information through the use of a non-secure server.

NOBEL PEACE PRIZE: Norwegian politicians nominate Donald Trump

While the long-term results of yesterday’s summit between President Donald Trump and Chairman Kim Jong-un remain to be seen, the historic encounter is, of course, causing waves throughout the world.
The summit resulted in a brief document in which North Korea agreed to an eventual denuclearization in exchange for security guarantees from the U.S. Trump also announced that the U.S. would be suspending the joint military exercises with South Korea that have kept Pyongyang paranoid of an invasion.

Pardoned by the President: ‘The only way I made it through was my faith in God’

Fox News reported early Friday about the commutation of 63 year old Alice Marie Johnson’s life sentence (without parole) and the release of this woman from prison where she had spent 22 years of her life.  The President commuted the sentence after socialite celebrity Kim Kardashian West met with Mr. Trump a few days ago.
Mrs. Johnson’s response? She was extremely grateful and spoke publicly promising the Commander-in-Chief, “I will make you proud.”

EU Chief calls for an end to ‘Russia-bashing’

With America’s increasing unreliability and erratic behaviour both as it relates to international accords and relationships with its allies and partners, especially as regards trade, some within the EU have been looking to better relations with Russia, often considered a villain by the West.
With the advent of the Trump administration, Washington has withdrawn from multiple multilateral agreements, conducted extremely controversial maneuvers and not only threatened but actually applied trade sanctions and tariffs against its partners and allies.
