Turkey And Russia Agree On Blueprint For Syria Ceasefire

ISTANBUL, Turkey (REPORT) – Turkey and Russia have agreed on the wording of a draft text which will result in a Syria-wide ceasefire, Turkish state media reported on Wednesday.
