An award-winning Florida cop who fired into an occupied home after responding to a wrong address, forcing an innocent family out at gunpoint in the middle of the night and ordering them to sit handcuffed on the curb for ten hours, was indicted by a grand jury.
Ocoee police officer Carlos Anglero turned himself in Thursday evening, according to WKMG in Orlando.
