The constant stream of lies, disinformation, and misinformation has many people supporting and praising establishment figures responsible for criminal acts. (CR Op-ed) — In recent weeks a trend has emerged which finds activists, journalists, and news pundits showing their true state-worshiping colors as they celebrate political figures with their own dark past. Individuals who once questioned and challenged […]

Germany’s Foreign Minister Says Sovereignty Requires Independence from Washington

Drunkin' Hunter and DJ TrumpanzeeWhen I started DWT in 2004, one of my goals was to drive a bevy of super-corrupt Republican congressmen out of office-- Richard Pombo up north and 3 thieves from down south: Jerry Lewis, Duke Cunningham and Duncan Hunter, Pombo was defeated by Jerry McNerney, one of the first congressional candidates supported by Blue America.
To understand what is going on in the American media or “media” in general, one just needs to take a short lesson in history, looking back to the ranting of a muckraker of his time, Upton Sinclair, and the Brass Check, A Study of American Journalism (1906). Sinclair compared journalism to a Brass Check, paid to the cashier in a house of ill-repute; the client went upstairs with it and paid this check to the woman on receipt of her favours.
I last reported about the genocide of Whites in South Africa in last weekend's rant... I for one am deeply disgusted that the Black majority government in South Africa is absolutely going all out now in their ignorance and stupidity for wanting to see every single White still living in South Africa murdered or sent fleeing out of the nation for their lives....

Are the neocons running circles around President Trump? His Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, has opposed the president’s moves to open dialogue with North Korea from the get-go. Now he has managed to scuttle a visit to Pyongyang by showing Trump a letter from a North Korean official that is reported to be “belligerent.” That was enough for Trump to cancel Pompeo’s trip. Meanwhile, South Korea is pursuing good relations with the North regardless of US backtracking. Washington is reportedly considering sanctions on its South Korean ally if Seoul continues on a peace path with Pyongyang.
If you really want to know why a majority of millennials prefer socialism, look no further than this. We were frequently raised with having all of our wants and needs taken care of by another party. It’s fine, Daddy will pay off my credit card bill. Mom will do my laundry when I come home for a visit. Having the state handle all the difficult decisions about day-to-day life isn’t such a stretch when the above is all you’ve known.
This is an article about censorship – particularly, in this latest instance, involving (unfortunately) the very platform I am publishing on right now: and whether it will continue to be as safe or as accomodating a space for blogs like this one as it has been until now. But first, I’m putting up this notification […]

John McCain’s allegiance was to the very system that leeches money away from American workers to the pockets of billionaires and multinational corporations and that sustains itself off the spilled blood of innocents killed by an insatiable war machine. Yesterday, Seth Frotman, the top government official (ombudsman) overseeing the $1.5 trillion student loan market resigned from the CFPB-- not just resigned, but resigned in protest over the Trump Regime's open hostility toward protecting the nation’s millions of student loan borrowers. His scathing resignation better pointed out that the Regime "has turned its back on young people and their financial futures."
But one question often left unanswered when new pro-cannabis legislation is adopted by individual states is what happens to those who were arrested for violating drug laws that have since been repealed? Some states have already taken substantial steps to ensure that these individuals have the freedom to expunge marijuana-related charges from their records. But California might be the next state to enact similar policies and allow individuals the freedom to overcome their past transgressions.
US National Security Adviser John Bolton – a tireless proponent of US-led war around the globe – has recently claimed the Syrian government is preparing to use chemical weapons to retake territory held by militants in northern Syria. In response, the US has already threatened to carry out military strikes against Syria.
Twitter refused to remove a threat to the children of NRA spokeswoman, Dana Loesch, when an anti-gun leftist posted the following message: "The only way these people learn is if it effects them directly, so if Dana Loesch has to have her children murdered before she'll understand, I guess that's what needs to happen." Supporters of plans like Warren’s should be asked whether they really want some combination of political actors—very possibly appointees of Donald Trump or another President like him—to gain power to revoke Google’s or Amazon’s or Facebook’s charter to continue doing business unless the management agrees to cut a deal, perhaps involving private understandings with officialdom, to stave off such a penalty.
John McCain was born into a military family. He was shot down in Vietnam and held captive for five and a-half years. His fellow prisoners testified that McCain had cooperated with their captors to gain favors. After he was elected to the Senate in 1998 on his image as a hero, he became a war hawk. [...]

Hillary-China collusion? Or maybe a special counsel to investigate Hillary’s negligence with government classified material.
According to The Daily Caller News Foundation, a Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails.

This pathos versus logos conundrum coupled with the anti-capitalistic views of our country’s biggest influencers gives free-market proponents an uphill battle to fight. We have the research and statistics on our side, but we need to continue to show specific, relatable examples of how capitalism has helped people dig out of bad situations and how socialism has negatively affected so many lives.
Israel’s friends demand total surrender By Philip Giraldi • Unz Review • August 28, 2018 Many believe that the easily observable dominance of the friends of Israel over some aspects of government policy is a phenomenon unique to the United States, where committed Jews and Christian Zionists are able to control both politicians and the […]
Russia President Vladimir Putin received Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu and Turkish Minister of Defence Hulusi Akar in the Kremlin to discuss economic cooperation issues as well as the Syrian crisis.
In attendance at the meeting was the Head of Turkey’s National Intelligence Organisation Hakan Fidan.

LONDON — The Jo Cox Fund, set up in memory of the slain MP soon after her death in 2016, was established by a cadre of pro-interventionist “humanitarians” with a history of involvement in past regime-change operations and whose connections to some of the world’s most ardent imperialists, as well as the Not for Profit Industrial Complex (NPIC), are legion. For that reason, […]
The facts are in: freedom to innovate, create, and make yourself into something also makes you happier. While it shouldn't come as a shock to most people, this needs considerable reiteration. As soon as people reach the necessary level of income that makes them feel comfortable, they begin to criticize the ambitions of those attempting to rise up. You won't hear "money isn't everything" as much in the Czech Republic, Mexico, or Bangladesh as you will in France, the United States, or Japan.
