Italy Quarantines 16-Million People, but Proof of Coronavirus is Flimsy

Investigative journalist Jon Rappoport points out that just because a government calls a quarantine, it does not prove that the coronavirus is a lethal epidemic. He says it is unclear how the 5800 “coronavirus cases” were determined to be from the virus when the tests are inaccurate.
