I am a student of real history.... I have been using this blog for years now to slice through the lies and falsehoods that have polluted and corrupted our minds for the last decade, as I absolutely want the REAL TRUTHS to be known by everyone...OK, Today marks the 78th anniversary of the Japanese attack on the Pearl Harbor naval base on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.... The so called history books have been constantly ramming the notion that this 'attack' was deliberate by the "evil" Japanese that wanted to have the American Pacific Fleet annihilated to pave the way for Japanese expansion into southeast Asia and to conquer much of the eastern Pacific Ocean..... I have looked at so many "history books" for decades and have found this same rhetoric harped again and again, which to me as both a radical and critical thinker had my thoughts early on realize that something just did not add up..... I early on thought to myself that the Japanese were taking a ludicrous gamble against an opponent, the United States, that had at least 5x the manufacturing, industrial, and technological capabilities that they themselves possessed in 1941, which meant basically the longer the Japanese fought against a giant much mightier than themselves, they would undoubtably lose the war just by attrition.... That alone had my thoughts early on turning towards the notion that what we were being told in these so called 'books' was pure bunk...I studied the attacks on Pearl Harbor first when I was in High School and even wrote a major paper as part of an American History course showing my perspectives of what I thought this attack was all about.... I got an "A" at that time for my open and rational thinking and writing in that paper that the Japanese were 'goaded' into the attack by the United States, which put my thinking far ahead of its time ..... And over the subsequent decades and with the advent of the Internet presenting me with a wealth of new knowledge and facts about that attack, I have been able to now look back at that time and state that the American government baited and set up the Japanese for this entire attack and basically sacrificed some 3000 men and women on Oahu to get the American public angry enough to demand the US entry into World War II.....Well, I want to use this article to give some straight goods and facts about the Pearl Harbor 'attack' that we all should know at this time, 78 years after the fact..... I will break down some key points and give my own assessment of each starting here:Prelude to the attack; How America forced the Japanese into the desperate gamble at Pearl Harbor:With the Germans goaded into attacking Poland in September 1939, criminal President Franklin Delano Roosevelt was absolutely looking for any excuse to get the US into the war aiming at the destruction of Germany itself..... The American government was already fully controlled by Jewish interests, which saw the war in Europe as a must win situation with the goal of seeing Germany utterly destroyed to see the German nation re-enslaved to their criminal banking enterprise... The problem was that the American public were already very much pro isolationist and absolutely refused any of the war propaganda aiming at brainwashing them into fighting Germany.....Roosevelt knew he had to find his way into the war, and it was the Japanese themselves that gave him his bait....Japan, Italy, and Germany, came to an agreement in 1940 called the Tripartite Pact of September 27th, 1940 which allied all three nations together as a 'defensive alliance' aimed at trying to prevent America from entering the war.... Little did all three nations know at the time, but that agreement was to signal their death knell, for it gave the criminal Roosevelt his way into the war via attacking one of the three nations themselves..... Japan was again to be the bait....It was ten days after the Tripartite Pact was signed, that on October 7th, 1940, a naval intelligence officer named Arthur McCollum, who worked for US Naval Intelligence, presented the US State Department with an 8 part memo that laid down in great detail on exactly how the US could indeed get into the war in Europe through the back door of Japan in the Pacific..... I have the link to that memo right here for everyone to see for themselves in great detail the memo that was almost followed to the letter for the US to set the bait for Japan to attack Pearl Harbor......The facts became clear that after the McCollum Memo was issued, the US government did the following up to and including the time of the December 7th attack :(a) cut off Japanese material supplies including vital oil shipments, thus leaving the Japanese with NO choice but to go to war against America to secure vital resources of both southeastern Asia and the Dutch East Indies..(b) The US began listening in great detail to every Japanese coded messages, since the Japanese code JN-25 was broken, to make sure the Japanese were indeed making preparations and actually sending their Kido Butai strike fleet eastward across the Pacific starting on November 25th, 1941...(c) In mid 1941 had all vital shipping in the north Pacific moved southward to prevent any ships that may accidentally intercept the Japanese naval task force if and when it would make its sortie to attack Pearl Harbor...(d) The US moved the vital and more modern US warships OUT of Pearl Harbor, and replaced them with World War I vintage and basically scrap metal "battleships" that were to be the bait for the attack...(e) purposely kept Admiral Kimmel and his subordinates in the dark as to the position of the Japanese fleet to prevent any alerts from being sent out to defend the harbor from attack...(f) had listening posts at places such as Midway, Dutch Harbour in Alaska, and even right on Oahu itself, actually keep track of the Japanese fleet movement across the north Pacific right up until the attack on December 7th.(g)The US made sure that the vital modern warships including the US Pacific Fleet's 3 vital aircraft carriers (Enterprise, Lexington, and Saratoga), were all OUT of the harbour on the morning of December 7th, to prevent their destruction...The attack itself: Successful? I think not, for I will explain how Japan failed so miserably!Many people are aware by studying "history" about what happened on the morning of December 7th... I need not go into detail about the actual attack, But I will of course give some key points of my own here that shows how the attack was actually a failure:(a) Japanese first strike keyed in on the harbour itself, with most of the Val dive bombers and Kate torpedo bombers focused on the battleships. But what is not known is how the Japanese blew it from the start, for many pilots were so focused on the old scrap heap battleships that they failed to attack the key oil and maintenance facilities strewn around the harbour itself... If the Japanese had attacked those facilities and destroyed them, American recovery after the attack would not have been so swift as the harbour would have become useless for maintenance and refuelling to even the vital modern ships that were out of the harbour at that time...(b) The subsequent second strike continued the assault on the harbour, with other planes attacking the nearby airfields at Wheeler and Hickam on Oahu.... But again, the attack was focused in on the ships and failed to destroy the vital facilities that maintained the harbour itself.....(c) After the "successful" first and second attacks, the Japanese failed to launch a third strike, in which case they could have and should have focused in on the vital facilities around the harbour... AND it should be noted that just after the second strike had concluded, part of the American Pacific Fleet centred on the carrier Enterprise was approaching the harbour... If the Japanese had struck a third time, they may have caught Enterprise in that attack and much of the subsequent war in the Pacific would have been quite a bit different....I therefore have long seen Pearl Harbor as a failure even from the attack itself. The Japanese desire to destroy the ships rather than focus on the facilities that maintained the vessels was one of the biggest blunders imaginable. And of course attacking and focusing in on destroying old scrap heap battleships actually did the US a favour as it FORCED the entire war effort in the Pacific to be focused on Carrier strike warfare which the US began to master by late 1943.... The era of the idea of opposing battleship battles died with the Pearl Harbor strike....Aftermath: Roosevelt gets his war, and the truth about the attack is hidden.I have long concluded that Roosevelt wanted this attack, and he purposely sacrificed the 3000+ innocent men and women who died at Pearl Harbor to get into the war, thus making him a monster and a war criminal.... And of course we all do remember his famous "Infamy" speech made to the US Congress on December 8th, 1941 that declared war on Japan.... Germany was tied to the Tripartite agreement and three days later, on December 11th, 1941, Hitler declared war on America to support his Japanese allies.....The baiting of Pearl Harbor was almost too perfect IMHO... .The American focus immediately after getting into the second World War was NOT on Japan, but on Germany itself.... Few people even see the fact that the US put some 85%+ of their entire 'war effort' into attacking and defeating Germany, with only some 15% of the entire effort sent to the Pacific Ocean to tackle Japan.... But even with 15% effort of the massive US industrial might, the Americans were able to build up an enormous group of task forces and fighting men that pushed the Japanese relentlessly back from mid 1942 through to the surrender of Japan on August 14th, 1945 ("Official" surrender documents were signed in Tokyo bay on September 2nd, 1945)......Yes, Pearl Harbor was absolutely a set up..... It is so amazing that for decades after Pearl Harbor many important personnel, including Pacific Fleet Admiral Husband Kimmel, were basically made the 'scapegoats' for that atrocity....... So many "hearings" were conducted after the Pearl Harbor attacks, where in most cases the REAL TRUTHS about how the US Government baited the Japanese into the attack was never ever even discussed... .Only after the conclusion of the second World War, and Japan left in shambles, has the real truth ever come out... Honestly, I would love to see the day that Kimmel and his other subordinates that were made 'scapegoats' finally be exonerated!And Japan of course paid dearly for their act of desperation for their own survival, as the Americans did indeed conduct during their "island hopping" campaigns of 1942-45 so many acts of cold blooded murder against Japanese civilians and soldiers, concluding with the cold blooded murder of some 350000 innocent lives in the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki......Well, there you have it.. My own perspective of this atrocity and how it was indeed a set up.... I have indeed been to Hawaii several times, and have visited the memorials at Pearl Harbor and listened to the "tour guides" continue to harp the lies that Japan was a war mongering nation that was bent on dominance in the Pacific and therefore WANTED the attack on Pearl Harbor..... I listened to those narratives and I bit my tongue only to shake my head later on the same day in disgust..... It is always said that the first casualty in any war is the TRUTH, and the truth about Pearl Harbor is one of those casualties....More to comeNTS
