Police Bus Hit by IED Blast in Turkey’s Southern City of Adana- Message in A Bombing?

Adana should be familiar to readers here? Adana is the ideal locale for this bombing to have taken place if you're the PKK and you want to send a message to the government of Turkey.  We'll get into that after the news reportsMehrnews: Turkish Police Bus Hit by Bomb Blast AhvalNews - Bomb strikes Police Vehicle- Five Injured

A bus carrying riot police through the Selahattin Eyyubi neighborhood is thought to have struck an improvised explosive device (IED) around 7:20 a.m. local time, according to state-run Anadolu Agency. An armored vehicle escorting the bus and several other vehicles were also damaged in the attack.

➔  Looks to me to be the PKK and their allies. It's typical of their previous attacks. Oh so similar to their symbiotic pals ISIS. Adana had to have been chosen for a very specific reason since this is the place where the Adana Accord came to life. That agreement has been discussed here a number of times:

  • Part 3: Adana & Encouraging Formal Cooperation Between Turkey and Syria

Atwan in an article released on Saturday in Ray–al-Youm newspaper added that everyone who followed the press conference of President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Moscow on Wednesday, after a three-hour meeting, has come to the conclusion that direct talks between Damascus and Ankara are approaching, and a joint attack by Turkey and Russia on the Tahrir al-Sham terrorist group (former Al- Nusra Front) in Idlib and its suburbs has been agreed and its zero hour is set and the implementation of agreement has been linked to days and weeks to come.

One could see the Adana Accord at play in the last meeting between the Astana Trio. Rouhani referring to this agreement as a way to secure Turkey's border. Making this attack, coming just a week after the Ankara meeting very suggestive of a message in a bombing.Still there has been more going on behind the scenes... I'm going to try tomorrow to address that news as well. From earlier today:
