by NoahI ran across a Republican acquaintance the other day (Not ran over, which might be my first inclination). He immediately opened his mouth and out came "13. You Democrats have a crazy amount of 'librul' candidates running for president." After confusing him with the knowledge that not all of the 13 are liberals, and certainly not progressives, I reminded him that 18 Republicans ran last time and look what they chose. "At least none of them were women," he replied.The above conversation is a good example of why I try not to engage any Republicans in conversation. It's pointless.
