China's communist government is implementing a "social credit" scorecard in order to control more than a billion people. This is accomplished by surveillance using facial recognition, body scanning, and tracking. Smartphone apps monitor daily behavior. Anyone who is critical of the government will be classified as discredited. This is the goal of all collectivist systems.
