Twenty metro areas are competing to become the new home of Amazon's HQ2. Many of these cities suffer from housing affordability problems and would benefit from reforming the regulations which drive up development costs and crush residents' ability to innovate, work, and live affordably.
What would be even better than winning Amazon HQ2? Reducing home prices across the board for current residents.
