KurdIShIS Redux- YPG/PKK 2nd Geographical Power in Syria

After the decline of ISIS… SDF (YPG/PKK) become the force with the 2nd geographical power in Syria- from SOHR.A site I am largely not fond of. However, I can't dispute the information in this article

The “Islamic State” organization of which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented 5 days ago its control over about 42000 of the size of the Syrian land, continued to crumble in front of the military operations against it, in the provinces of Homs, Deir Ezzor and Al-Raqqah especially, where the organization (YPG/PKK) was the 2nd most influential force in Syria, after the regime forces.

Which makes the Syria Democratic Forces (YPG/PKK) the 2nd largest power in Syrian after the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syria Democratic Forces control (YPG/PKK) 22.51% of the size of the Syrian territory, (and they are aiming for 30 percent!)they control about 42000 square kilometers divided on their controlled areas from the Syrian border to the western countryside of Manbij, through Al-Raqqah and parts of Deir Ezzor province, in addition to their control of neighborhoods in Aleppo city as well as Afrin area and villages extending from Deir Jamal to al-Sha’alah area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo, where the Syrian Democratic forces of which YPG is its mainstay have achieved most of this control with the support of the International Coalition, which supported their forces by air and provided them with military advisers and large quantities of weapons and ammunition

The Syria Democratic Forces have become in 2nd place after they were able during the past weeks and months to achieve a wide advancement within the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation, which is still taking place until now, and as a result of the retreat of the “Islamic State” organization in the battlefronts against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities in recent days, where the organization is preferring the option of withdrawing and leaving large areas every a time.

As usual. ISIS left Raqqa. Free pass from the Kurds. They left Mosul. They left Kirkuk, suddenly, but then went back?  They left Manbij. (Yup, ISIS just walked away from 8 Syrian villages. US backed ISIS hands 8 Syrian villages over to US backed Kurdish militias PKK/YPG.) All covered here. The Kurdish militias come to town and ISIS just up and leaves. I've another post from one of the ngo/think tanks where they specifically note ISIS's proclivity to up and leave rather then fight. Making claims of Kurds taking casualties kind of questionable? Are they? And if they are, whose killing them? Could be the resident Arab population of Raqqa fighting back? I can't discount that

SOHR“the entry of the Turkish forces to Syrian territory and their involvement with the factions they supported in a military operation, all of that have blocked the last remaining doors for the “Islamic State” organization with the outside world”

Not coincidentally the Turkish forces placed on Syrian territory have also blocked the YPG/PKK from opening the their door to the outside world-  (sea access) As they had intended. SOHR can spin it as stopping ISIS, however, it's obvious Turkey intervened to block YPG/PKKAnd those American bases etc.. From the maps published make very clear the US is going to assist PKK/YPG or maybe ISIS in a move against Turkey. Take note of the US positioning- Location, location, location. So important in real estate.  Certainly the location of those US military posts are not a coincidence. Not happenstance. My thoughts are more along the line of... If your attempting a remake, you would leave as little as possible to chance.                                                                          UK/USraelKurds...........................ISISI refer back, again, to my thoughts in 2014: Kurd/ ISIS Symbiosis - The Impending Destruction of Turkey.

“ It seems much more likely that there is cooperation and coordination between the Kurds and ISIS. It’s a thought that has been in the back of my mind for sometime now. When one takes a look at the land grabbed by ISIS and the desired Kurdistan one can’t help but see something taking shape. Something like a new nation

 Flashbacks:

All these years later their cooperation and coordination has become even more obvious From earlier:
