Trump is Forced to Pick Up Obama’s Slack

The latest polls are showing that a third of all Americans greatly dislike Trump, and those people are more than ready to believe that Trump is a racist bigot that hates all Muslims. The election of Donald Trump was perhaps the single most galvanizing moment for the radical left in modern American history, and we have already seen that a single move by Trump can literally cause protests to erupt from coast to coast within 48 hours.
It should be noted that America’s departing former president has left the country in ruination, therefore it doesn’t take much of a trigger to push crowds of very angry protesters into committing acts of rioting and violence. And rioting and violence can ultimately lead to widespread civil unrest and calls for “revolution”.
As it’s been noted by a number of American analysts, the US is a nation that remains deeply divided, and now any controversy threatens to divide the society even further. Someday, widespread civil unrest may sweep across the United States and major American cities will burn.
Outbursts of violence and cases of civil disobedience have followed Trump’s still new adminstration. The Raw Story notes that campuses around the US have seen a rash of flag burnings, as students were apparently distressed by Trump’s presidential victory. It seems that they didn’t have any better recourse for their frustrations toward a particular politician than to igniting a symbol representing all of America.
The Berkeley Police Department has recently announced that the University of California was closed due to outbursts of student disobedience, when protesters began blocking roads, breaking windows and throwing firecrackers at passers-by.
It’s no wonder that The Raw Story has recently announced that according the latest studies, school shootings in the United States often rise as the economy slows and unemployment increases. Over the past 25 years there have been two periods of increased gun violence in US schools and “the timing of these periods significantly correlates with increased economic insecurity,” said researchers from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. “Our study indicates that increases in gun violence in our schools can result from disappointment and despair during periods of increased unemployment, when getting an education does not necessarily lead to finding work.”
But Barack Obama didn’t leave much of a choice for the American youth, since youth unemployment rates have almost reached 15% in America, and the average student in the class of 2016 graduated with a record 37,000 dollars in student loan debt. National debt per capita, a remarkable burden that will fall squarely on the shoulders of millennials, is in fact approaching 62,000 dollars.
The sad state of the American youth was one of the reasons why Trump announced in his inaugural speech that he was planning to take all possible steps to improve the conditions that the middle class is living in now.
Apparently, the “change” that Obama has failed to introduce in spite of the countless promises he made, Trump is planning to bring into existence by professing a much more radical approach. It seems, that this goal cannot be achieved through America’s own political system, or the international system, or through any kind of cooperation that the United States currently enjoys with its allies. Thus, not only the US, but the entire world is forced to undergo a very risky and dangerous, turbulent period ahead.
