REF: East Jerusalem is “NOT OCCUPIED TERRITORY”
Res. 478 (Aug. 20, 1980) – Reaffirms “again that the acquisition of territory by force is inadmissible”, notes “that Israel has not complied with resolution 476”, “Censures in the strongest terms the enactment by Israel of the ‘basic law’ on Jerusalem and the refusal to comply with relevant Security Council resolutions”, “Affirms that the enactment of the ‘basic law’ by Israel constitutes a violation of international law”, “Determines that all legislative and administrative measures and actions taken by Israel, the occupying Power, which have altered or purport to alter the character and status of the Holy City of Jerusalem, and in particular the recent ‘basic law’ on Jerusalem, are null and void and must be rescinded forthwith”.
No nation since the founding of the United Nations has violated every one of the hundreds of U.N. Resolutions, including 90 U.N. Security Council Resolution (excluding the 44 Resolution Vetoed by the U.S.) except Israel.

Inexplicably and senselessly the government of Australia is now the only other nation on earth that joins and supports Israel in its violations of such U.N. Resolutions, International Laws, and the Fourth Geneva Convention that determine Israel is in fact illegally “occupying” East Jerusalem.
Mr. Abbott, of all the things you could do to help bring peace to the Holy Land, such as pressure Israel to lift the killing starving siege of Gaza for the past 7 years; you outrageously, inexplicably, irrationally, senselessly, and most importantly, illegally, decided to be the only other nation on earth to join Israel’s lie and denial of historical truth that East Jerusalem, home for Christians and Muslims, is “NOT OCCUPIED TERRITORY”.
If you have any legal evidence to support your mad contention that East Jerusalem is in fact “not occupied”, then please share it with the world. Are you aware of sections of the U.N. Charter, any U.N. Security Council Resolution, any International Law, or any section of the Fourth Geneva Convention, that in any way support your mad dive into this political, legal, and moral abyss?
Both Australia and Israel are signatories to all the above mentioned international conventions and like all other nations are expected to abide by them.
Thus in essence you are acting in direct contravention to Australia’s signed commitments to uphold these conventions. In fact you, and Israel, are violating international law and thus should be turned over to the International Criminal Court for prosecution.
Unfortunately you are part of the privileged white “civilized” world that has the power to absolve itself from its worldwide murderous sins and thus can act with total impunity. The U.N., International Laws, the International Criminal Court, the Fourth Geneva Convention, the World Bank and IMF were all created by the west to rule, manipulate, invade, steal, and kill the dark members of the formerly colonized Southern Hemisphere. They are meanest as weapons of mass destruction to control the darkies of this world.

Sir, I can only think of one rational reason for you to make this incredulous, devastating, and most harmful decision to any future peace agreement, it can only be for the sake of the fuel that runs western political campaigns – Jewish wealth and donations. According to the Washington Post more than 50% of all donations to the Democratic National Committee comes from Jewish donors.

According to Obama Israel’s illegal attack on the Turkish aid ship carrying aid to Gaza that killed 8 Turks and one American citizen was justified as “self defense”. Till this day no Congress has ever opened an investigation on the attack on the USS Liberty or on the deliberate murder of the young idealist Rachel Corrie.
Sir; I ask you to please reconsider your decision and the wide ramifications it will have on Australia’s relationship with 57 Muslim nations and 1.8 billion Muslims.

Do not harm the good people of Australia by isolating them, having the world disrespect them and mock their government, perhaps endure a censure from the U.N. General Assembly, and risk its economic trade with many in the world.

Sir, you must do what is right in the eye of God and humanity and not what is expedient. You must rise above the politics of the moment and re-join the world’s decision that East Jerusalem is in fact OCCUPIED. Be a force for peace, be a Uniter, not a Divider.
