Mexican Farmers Accuse Volkswagen “Hail Cannons” of Causing Drought as Climate Catastrophes and Weather Engineering Proliferate

CUAUTLANCINGO, MEXICO – Farming communities are blaming Volkswagen for the loss of their crops after the company’s use of “hail cannon” weather-modification devices at a plant in the Central Mexican state of Puebla allegedly deprived Mexico’s historic breadbasket of rainfall throughout much of the year.
