Newly Released Surveillance Video Challenges Police Narrative in Michael Brown Shooting Death

Stranger Fruit, a damning documentary recounting the events that led to protests and rioting in Ferguson in 2014 over the shooting death of Michael Brown, spurred more protests in the Missouri city Sunday after unseen surveillance footage in the film reveals Brown had entered a convenience store the night before he was killed and made some kind of exchange with the clerks.
The filmmakers suggest that Brown exchanged a small bag of marijuana for two boxes of cigarillos.

North Carolina Cops Exposed as Liars by Lawyer Moonlighting as Uber Driver

All Jesse Bright wanted was an apology from the North Carolina police officer who told him it was against the law to record cops in public.
But the cop refused to take his calls in the week after Bright proved him wrong.
So Bright went public with the video, where it quickly went viral, picked up by news sites throughout the world.
Now Wilmington Police Sergeant Kenneth Baker is “under investigation” for his actions caught caught on camera that day, showing he not only lied about the law, but lied about having probable cause to search Bright’s car.

WATCH: Texas Trooper Refuses to Identify Himself After PINAC Reporter Confronts him for Speeding

PINAC reporter Phillip Turner was already driving five miles above the speed limit when a Texas state trooper flew past him on the inside lane Tuesday evening.
As he has done in the past, Turner followed the cop to ask for his name and badge number.
But that did not go so well as the trooper refused to identify himself, even though most police departments have a policy that require officers to identify themselves to the public when asked.
Instead, the cop began demanding Turner’s name while trying to convince him that it was another trooper he had seen speeding.

Two Texas Police Commanders Stripped of Duties in Investigation of Leaked Body Cam Video

Two high-ranking Texas police officers were stripped of their command duties as the department investigates who leaked a body cam video showing a cop arresting a black woman and her daughter after they had called police for help.
Fort Worth Assistant Chief Abdul Pridgen and Deputy Chief Vance Keyes were “temporarily replaced in their positions,” according to NBC-DFW.

WATCH: Award-Winning Kentucky Cop Shoots Unarmed Man Suspected of Using Drugs

Kentucky cops entered an abandoned home looking for a man who had been accused of using drugs outside the home Wednesday, shooting the man within a second of ordering him to show his hands.
The incident was captured on the officer’s body cam and released Thursday.
“Show your hands,” Louisville Metro police officer Sarah Stumler yells after discovering the man hiding behind a mattress leaning against the wall.
Then she fired her gun before even giving him a chance to show his hands, shooting Bruce Warrick once in the abdomen.

WATCH: Texas Cops Threaten PINAC Reporter with Make-Believe Law for Video Recording Police Station

Texas cops handcuffed and detained PINAC reporter David Worden earlier this month, threatening to jail him for breaking a make-believe law for recording police station from a public sidewalk.
The Missouri City police station, southwest of Houston, is in plain view of the public right of way.
And if you can see it from public, you can photograph it as well.

WATCH: Military Police Arrest Man for Silently Recording from Outside Air Force Base

It was a scene straight out of Nazi Germany.
Except it happened in the land of the free.
A military police officer at Luke Air Force base in Glendale, Arizona was caught on video arresting a peaceful cop watcher who goes by “Silent Citizen” on YouTube.
Because that’s his schtick.
Silent Citizen records police all while never saying a word, refraining from comments, insults or questions solely intended to incriminate the person answering them, which is supposed to be a Constitutionally protected right in the so-called land of the free.

WATCH: Southern California Cop Pulls Out Gun and Fires While Struggling with Unarmed Juvenile (Updated IV)

A video is going viral on Facebook showing an off-duty Los Angeles police officer pulling out a gun and firing as he struggles to arrest an unarmed boy who appears to be about 14.
The incident took place Tuesday in Anaheim, which is in Orange County, so the cop was completely out of his jurisdiction.
The student being arrested can be heard saying he is not even sure the man is a cop and the students witnessing the arrest are also not sure. Some are even saying they have called police.

WATCH: Enraged Florida Cop Tries to Taunt Man into Hitting Him

It started over an argument between a father and a son in Central Florida that resulted in the cops being called.
Orlando police arrived and determined that no crime had been committed, but a cop named Sanchez took an extreme dislike to the son and began berating him.
Ryan Romasco said he began recording after the cop placed his hands on him.
The video, posted below, shows Romasco sitting in the passenger’s seat of his father’s vehicle with the cop ordering him to step out and walk back to his hotel room, which was 10 miles away.

WATCH: Ohio Deputies Pepper Spray Man Strapped in Restraint Chair

A Ohio sheriff’s department once again has been exposed on video pepper spraying a detainee strapped in a restraint chair, a disturbing incident that took place a month after an almost identical video surfaced that was written off as an “isolated” incident by the sheriff who runs the jail.
The practice does not seem very isolated considering the victim in the latest attack expressed fear about getting strapped to the chair before he even saw the chair.
