Alabama Man Records Himself Getting Stopped and Frisked for Walking Down Street

Dressed in his Subway uniform, Deonte Lynn had just gotten off work and was walking down the street on his way to return a Redbox movie when he was confronted by an Alabama cop who didn’t like the way he was walking.
At least that’s what the cop said, but Lynn believes he was stopped because he is black.
And it certainly seems that way because the cop was unable to articulate a reasonable suspicion that he had committed a crime.

Texas Cops Tell Man It’s Illegal to Photograph Homes from Public

Texas cops told a man it was against the law to take photos of people’s homes from public property.
Eustace cops were wrong, of course, but we all know cops depend on people being ignorant of the law in order to assert their authority.
In this case, the man knew his rights.
The video was uploaded to YouTube Wednesday by a man named James Meyer, who described it as “my first detainment for having a camera on my neck and walking down the street.”

Rohnert Park Cop Acted “Reasonable” When He Pulled Gun on Man With Camera

After an almost three-month investigation, Rohnert Park officials determined the cop who pulled a gun on a man recording him acted “reasonable” and therefore will not be disciplined.
After all, they said, the cop was doing his due diligence in keeping the neighborhood safe, investigating culprits violating city parking codes, when he came across the man with the camera.

Two men at Chicago O’Hare Airport were harassed by Chicago police and had their Constitutional rights violated for riding in a Lyft taxi that allegedly wasn’t allowed.
After a long business trip, a passenger who goes by Stovie Wan Kenobi on YouTube loaded his belongings in a Lyft taxi and left the airport.
But moments later, airport police officers pulled the taxi over for what appeared to be a traffic stop.

NYPD Cop Body Slams and Pepper Sprays Skateboarder for Ignoring Him

Once again, it appears as if yet another New York City police officer lost control of his emotions, resorting to violence to make an arrest.
This time, the suspect was a 22-year-old skateboarder named Yibin Mu, who was placed in a headlock and body slammed – then pepper sprayed – for skateboarding inside Columbus Circle, a traffic circle near Central Park in Manhattan.

South Carolina Cop Will Not Face Charges for Zachary Hammond killing; Dashcam Video Released

The South Carolina cop who shot and killed Zachary Hammond, claiming the 19-year-old man was trying to run him over, making him fear for his life, will not face criminal charges, a judge announced Tuesday.
But the dashcam video, released today, shows Seneca Police Lieutenant Mark Tiller could have easily avoided killing Hammond.
After all, Hammond’s only alleged crime was that he was driving a female friend to a Hardee’s parking lot to sell marijuana to a man who turned out to be an undercover cop.
