Watch: Oklahoma Cops Beat Man and Handcuff Him for Having Medical Episode

A man having a medical emergency while driving ended up veering off a highway and landing in a ditch, slumping over on the passenger seat and alarming witnesses who rushed to help, then called 911, figuring he would receive the proper care.
Not a chance.
Instead, Oklahoma Highway Patrol officers arrived on the scene within five minutes and began yelling at him to “put your car in park,” according to a video recorded by a witness.
When the man did not immediately comply, the cops busted out both the driver side window and the passenger side window.

Watch: Texas Deputy Shoots and Kills Unarmed Man During Traffic Stop

A Texas deputy who shot and killed an unarmed man in April gave the usual spiel to justify it, claiming he had smelled marijuana, claiming that the driver was reaching for something and then claiming that the driver had grabbed his gun.
And as usual, a grand jury bought the story, finding no reason to indict Harris County Constable Precinct 5 Deputy R. Felix on Wednesday, clearing him of any wrongdoing.

New Footage from Chico Police Arrest of College Students Surfaces: Second Phone Containing Footage Still Missing

It’s been four days since Chico police arrested a pair of women in Northern California in a video that has gone viral and the story has been reported by at least four local media sites.
However, with the exception of one news site, The Orion, none of those sites have mentioned the fact another phone that recorded the incident has gone missing.

Chicago Police Apologize to Hip Hop Artist Rhymefest for Ordering Him to Stop Recording Them in Police Station

A man who entered a Chicago police station Saturday to report that he had been robbed at gunpoint ended up pulling out his phone to start recording when officers refused to take his report.
Police then ordered him to leave, telling him he was not allowed to record inside the building, still refusing to take his report.
But at the time, they had no clue the man was Che “Rhymefest” Smith, an award-winning hip artist and songwriter who once ran for office in Chicago.

Watch: Oklahoma Police Pepper Spray 84-Year-Old Woman

Oklahoma police pepper sprayed an 84-year-old woman after kicking her door down to arrest her son for running a stop sign.
Muskogee police then handcuffed Geneva Smith and dragged her off to jail along with her 56-year-old son, who was tasered.
At the jail, Smith suffered a panic attack and was then transported to a hospital.
Muskogee police said they had no choice but to pepper spray the elderly woman because she did not comply with police orders.

Watch: Two California Motorcycle Cops Crash into Each Other

A Southern California man was out cop watching when he recorded a motorcycle cop drop his bike on a second motorcycle cop, sending that cop tumbling to the pavement.
The videographer who goes by “Katman” did not even realize what he had recorded until several moments later when he turned around.
He just happened to have a Polaroid Cube camera mounted on the back of his bicycle, which captured the two Torrance cops falling into each other.
And it’s probably a good thing he did not see it or he might have busted out laughing.

Watch: PINAC Reporter Kicked Out of South Florida Council Meeting for Questioning Councilman (Updated)

UPDATE: Wednesday, August 24, 2016, 10:50 p.m.
PINAC reporter Eric McDonough was arrested Wednesday after entering the city council meeting, then being ordered to leave. He was live streaming that part, but they arrested after he had stepped into the parking lot when he had turned his camera off. It appears they are charging him with disorderly conduct, which is a contempt-of-cop charge. He is currently in jail and should be released Thursday.

Watch: New Mexico Cops Shoot and Kill Man Claiming he “Lunged” at them with Huge Knife

New Mexico cops shot and killed a man after they claimed he “lunged” at them with a knife Sunday afternoon.
But a video recorded by a witness does not really show a man lunging towards police on a median surrounded by traffic in Las Cruces.
However, the video is recorded from a distance, so I’ll let you be the judge on that.
What you will see is cops surrounding a man, then a volley of gunfire as a car drives in front of the camera, then the man is down on the ground.

Watch: LAPD Cop Kick Handcuffed Suspect in Head While Two Cops Hold Him Down

The man had surrendered and two Los Angeles police officers were holding him down and a third cop had just re-holstered his gun when a fourth LAPD cop came running up and kicked the suspect in the head – who turned out to be innocent.
Los Angeles police officer Richard Garcia then kneed the man in the back, following that with a punch to the head, then several elbows.
Even after the other two officers stepped off the handcuffed suspect, Garcia kept his knee planted on the man’s back and at times his head.
