WATCH: Los Angeles Deputies Caught on Video Conspiring to Fabricate Citations on Man after Threatening to Kill him

“Do not fucking reach!” an enraged Los Angeles sheriff’s deputy shouted after pulling out his gun on a licensed private investigator sitting in his car in a residential neighborhood working on a case.
But all Ken Sheppard was doing was reaching towards his ear to remove his cell phone ear piece in order to better hear the deputy.
However, that was enough to make deputy Tai Plunkett fear for his life where he kept the gun pointed at Sheppard’s head with trembling hands in a surreal scene seemingly out of a movie.

Los Angeles police released surveillance video from the moments before they shot and killed an 18-year-old man Saturday, showing him wielding a gun.
However, the video does not capture the actual shooting of Carnell Snell, Jr., one of four police shooting deaths in Southern California within a week that sparked protests.
And the word on the street is that Snell ditched the gun as he was being chased.

Responding to a call of a possible burglary in progress, North Carolina police encountered a man sitting on the front porch of a home, who told them he lived in the house with his mother, only he did not have the key to get inside.
The two Greensboro cops asked Dejuan Yourse a series of questions, then checked out his identification, but were still not satisfied that he lived there.

Body cam footage showing Louisiana cops shooting into a car and killing a 6-year-old boy sitting in the passenger seat of his father’s car was released earlier today, showing no evidence that the cops were in fear for their lives as they have been claiming since last year.
After all, not only does the video not show Christopher Few using his car as a weapon by ramming his car into their cars.
His car is not even pointed in their direction.

Houston Cop Caught on Video Beating Homeless Man Allowed to Resign Instead of Fired

A Houston transit cop who was caught on surveillance video unmercifully beating a homeless man with his baton over a dozen times wasn’t fired, even after an investigation determined he used excessive force.
Instead, Jarius Warren submitted his resignation letter as if leaving on the best of terms after he was told an internal review board was moving to fire him.
Jairus Warren quit after learning his department had decided to fire him.
“The board recommended termination of the officer,” Metro Police Chief Vera Bumpers stated.

New Jersey Woman Forced into Mental Facility for Video Recording Courthouse

It was a beautiful day in Freehold, New Jersey, so Jen Coombs decided to do First Amendment audits at the Monmouth County jail and courthouse to see how well officials there would respect her right to record in public.
The New Jersey woman who runs a Facebook page called Time to Stand – New Jersey ended up forced into a mental facility against her will for four days. Not that it kept her from doing another First Amendment audit on the same courthouse upon her release.
