California Woman Suffers Miscarriage After Cops Force her and Boyfriend Down at Gunpoint on False Accusation

A Northern California woman said she suffered a miscarriage after Bay Area Rapid Transit police officers forced her down on her stomach, placed a knee on her back and cuffed her hands behind her back, even after she told them she was pregnant, which violates a department policy forbidding the handcuffing of pregnant women behind their backs.

Texas Authorities Pay Sandra Bland’s Family $1.9 Million Settlement in Wrongful Death Lawsuit

The Texas Department of Public Safety and Waller County have reached a financial settlement with Sandra Bland’s family to pay $1.9 million dollars to end their wrongful death and civil rights lawsuit in federal court.
Sandra Bland was wrongfully arrested by Texas trooper Brian Encinia and booked on a 3rd degree felony charge of assaulting the officer, when there was no probable cause for an actual arrest in the first place, an arrest which was caught on camera by a citizen journalist.
Three days later the 28-year old Bland was found dead in her cell.

Texas Cop Accuses DA of Coverup in Sandra Bland Case

A Texas cop has stepped forward about the Sandra Bland investigation and lobbed serious accusations  at the Waller County District Attorney’s office for excluding his testimony from the grand jury hearing in the criminal case against Texas DPS Officer Brian Encinia, who beat up Sandra Bland, ultimately leading to her untimely death in jail three days later.

Texas Jailer Responsible for Sandra Bland Testified Under Oath he Falsified Jail Log

A Texas jailer tasked with watching Sandra Bland in her jail cell recently testified under oath that he lied about checking on her, and about a dozen other inmates, about an hour before she was found dead when in fact he did not, according the the Houston Chronicle.
Bland’s death was ruled a suicide.
Special prosecutors working the case reportedly knew the jail log records were falsified.

Imperial Police Won’t Prosecute Federal Agent Who Sexually Assaulted Detective, Chief Instead Violated Victim’s Rights

The Imperial Police Chief Miguel Colon just got sued by a pair of detectives who work at departments nearby his Southern California border town for refusing to prosecute their rape complaint against a federal border patrol officer, instead contacting their employing superior officers to try and hush the victims.
The federal officer confessed 96 days ago.
Imperial Chief Colon won’t refer the case for prosecution.
