This term is certainly worthy of further discussion. Basically, it is an extreme mix of Narcissistic Personality Disorder with aspects such as paranoia, aggression and antisocial personality.
Howard Stern is actually personal friends with Trump. He was reminiscing about their relationship on his radio show the other day (above) and he mentioned that he knows something about Trump. "He really does want to be loved. He does want people to really love him. That drives him a lot. I think that he has a sensitive ego. And when you're president of the United States, people are going too be very, very critical and I think in his mind right now he's saying 'Gee, I want to protect the country.

Over the course of the presidential election many non-Wisconsinites got to know conservative Milwaukee talk show host, Charlie Sykes because of all the national media attention he got for his powerful analysis of the Trump phenomenon from the right. His radio broadcasts opposing Trump are widely credited with Trump's notable primary loss in Wisconsin.

Great idea-- and I suggested it an hour into the first debate when he was so obviously out of his mind on something he tooted before he went out on stage.
The other day, Keith Olbermann recorded a telling little segment about dogs and Trump. To anyone who's ever been a friend of a dog-- and who, besides Trump, hasn't been?-- it's bad enough on it's own. But when you look at it in a broader context, Trump's psychological unfitness for leadership, it becomes even more interesting.
